In the second of three installments, Williams gives his thoughts about a speech by Denver Broncos coach Mike Shanahan on what it takes to make his team and succeed in the NFL, and what he has learned from sessions dealing with credit theft and finances.

Going from the basement to the playoffs might be too tall an order. However, expecting eight wins is reasonable.’
