For the season, Brian Moorman is averaging 43.82 yards per punt (ranks 3rd in team history). In 19 of 29 career contests, he has at least one 50-yard kick and 30 of his 130 career punts (23.1%) have forced opponents inside the 20 (8th all-time in Bills history).
‘Hollenbeck, released by the St. Louis Rams prior to training camp last summer, fills the spot vacated by center Michael Early, who was signed by the Minnesota Vikings on Tuesday.’
‘…Peerless has been a heck of a receiver for this team this year. He’s over a thousand yards. Will he be too expensive to keep? Probably, although the Bills salary cap circumstance isn’t as bad next year. Still, Josh Reed has proven that he can be a nice compliment to Eric Moulds and the Bills need money to improve their defense. It’ll be a tough call for Tom Donahoe, I’m sure he doesn’t want to bust up what could be a very good thing, but Reed is ready.’
‘So Buffalo has learned that Bledsoe isn’t perfect. Then again, he isn’t Rob Johnson, either.’
‘Fourteen of the AFC’s 16 teams are still mathematically alive for the playoffs. That includes the Buffalo Bills, who need a lot of help.’
‘The Bills have allowed fewer than 17 points only once this season and more than 20 points in all but three games. Only the Bengals are allowing more points per game.’
Does that mean this season is not a success? A: That completely depends on your expectations… And admit it, they've changed three or four times already this season. Over the summer, most people outside the team would have been happy with a .500 record by year's end. When the team stumbled off to a haphazard 2-3 start, those expectations lowered a bit. Then the team surged to 5-3, and people suddenly started talking Super Bowl.
Final Three Games
"Stranger things have happened. We're not out of it until someone says we're out of it. We've got to control what we do and that's winning this weekend."

Quarterback Drew Bledsoe, punter Brian Moorman, and safety Tony Driver will attend the Rush for Reading party at the stadium with 125 kids from the Buffalo Public Schools. The kids earned the visit to the stadium by participating and excelling in the Bills literacy program.
$100 and two hours to shop at Dick's Sporting Goods.
That was the dilemma 50 underprivileged kids from the Salvation Army had at Dick's Sporting Goods near the McKinley Mall in Hamburg on Monday night.
‘Drew Bledsoe deserves better than a high-school coach.’
‘Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Tyrone Robertson was suspended for one year by the NFL on Tuesday for violating the league’s substance abuse policy for the second time this season.’
‘The Chargers hosting a wild card game wouldn’t be much of a problem, Steeg said, but hosting the conference championship would be the worst-case scenario.’
