Kenwick Posted February 26, 2009 Share Posted February 26, 2009 The League just announced the New Player Salary Cap at 127 Million....... Now lets see what Mr. Wilson is willing to spend ? Will he keep CB Greer with the additional money ? Will he give OLT Jason Peters a new contract to make him competitive with other LT's ? We know he needs talent. Best to keep our own players happy first.... I really hate to say this but I do not believe he will spend to the cap like the other clubs will be doing...... I will just make a guess and say he spends 95 million is all.......and I really hope not... We will get a good hint come this weekend when most of the quality Free Agents are picked...... We will find out shortly if he is opening up or shuting up with his money bag.... I really hope he allows his people to bring in some good talent in positions of need......
