Still relatively inexperienced in a position that often requires development

 

Coaching may not have caused bad performances, but certainly have not provided superior aide.

 

Team still needs to develop it's leadership more, and has had injuries to key players who may be a source of such leadership.

 

 

 

 

The only common ground I see is that Bills management could have provided more ideal conditions, continuity and preparation go a long way. If we were able to have these things in more abundance over the last ten years, we would be a better team, and we would have a super easy time picking out ONE factor that is holding us back.

 

At this time this team is what it probably deserves to be.
