How about when they stepped it up a notch in the second season with the kick ass intros? How can you not pump your fist in the air and turn the volume up when that first crime goes down and that bass drum comes in stomping? You know you loved it. How can you deny a show that always ends with a series of freeze frames? Ralph Malph as a Satan worshipper?! Ponch, a disco mack?! Punks who like disco?! Thieves who use go-carts to pull diamond heists?! Thieves who use vans fitted with forklifts to lift cars and rob them while they're moving?! Traffic that moves at like 2mph?! Saying they're on the Santa Monica Freeway when they were really on the then unfinished 2 Freeway?! Genius. These guys weren't trying to fool anybody.
