So yes, Shakir was interfered with as you can see in the image...he is hit the ball is not there yet.....But If Allen just stayed in the pocked he had a simple throw for an easy 30 yard TD to Curtis Samuel.  Not sure why Josh bailed on good protection.     Shakir was 100% hit early and also as you can see in the other image Allen was hit in the head after the throw.  Everything was called in this game and they let these go for some reason.  There is simply no explanation for it.
