Yeah the Dolphins have 2nd place in AFC East pretty much locked down. They will own Division and Conference tie breaker with a win or a loss. If the Bills beat the Patriots for the first time this millenium in Foxboro and Dolphins beat the Jests, the Bills will still be in 3rd. If Both the Bills and Dolphins lose, the Bills will be in 3rd. We don't know how the AFC NOrth or AFC West will play out. Although Baltimore is heading for 3rd in the AFC North. The loser of the Chargers vs Chiefs will be 3rd in the AFC West.
