Martimus Posted November 6, 2012 Share Posted November 6, 2012 We can all be "Monday morning quarterbacks ( i am guilty of it myself) and dissect the game play of the qb, the defense, the offence, etc.... The bottom line is obviously wins. Wins make all the negative crap, go away and I think we all know this. We need to find the right winning combination. Staying at status quo is not going to better our chances. Wilson and the coaching staff need to do something because doing nothing sets the expectation for the players. There needs to be some kind of accountability for both coaches and players. To do nothing just condones their behaviors. Changes really need to be made, This forum has a lot of great minds and i'd love to pick them. What would be the changes that you would make to better our chances?
