Doesn't sound like he's going to be back there next year .. might not even last until the end of the season at this rate. I still think he is a good coach working for a "bad owner". He will no doubt get another chance eventually. But if/when Jerry Gray leaves for a better job, and if JH is still available, he'd make a great DC for the Bills!
