How many more years are we going to go back to the drawing board after each abysmal season. Sorry to say but we'll be saying the same thing again after week 17 next season. We have one of the most poorly mismanaged team in all of sports. How are we going to be competitive with this 3rd tier coaching staff, we'll never get out the AFCE cellar.
