NO Jauron is not all to blame for the Mess the Bills are in. It has been this way for 10 years. Those who have been around the longest are to blame also. Who puts the talent on the field ? Who controls the purse strings? Those are the people to blame along with Jauron. A house cleaning is due. Bills need a new VP in charge of football operations like Miami and let him make the football changes. Bring him in now so he can see first hand the problems and in the off season make the necessary changes to improve the club. Those would be the right steps...
