I agree 100%. This "tip" by Florio and Glazer is stupid. If you're a GM in the NFL and didn't know Marshawn was on the block, then you're dumber than Buddy. It was only talked about everyday. If you needed a running back, knew a 3rd round pick could get it done, and didn't pull the trigger for your team, who's fault is that?

John Skelton or Jason Campbell? That decision is fast approaching in Round 6.

I'd rather have Skelton, but if a QB is taken I think it will be Crompton unfortunately.

How about bringing in Javon Walker for a look? I heard him on Sirius radio, sounds like he's healthy and would work cheap. He's only 31, I think he could add something. No need to draft a WR that needs time to develop. If we did draft a receiver, Eric Decker if available in the 3rd round would be a great pickup.

[Holmgren speaks about clausen]

Browns president Mike Holmgren admitted that he isn't high on Notre Dame QB Jimmy Clausen.

 

"You know how you have a type of player that you like? It's not scientific. People like him a lot. He'll go high," Holmgren said. "But it would be hard for me [to take him]." Holmgren reiterated that he will take a quarterback in the draft, but it probably won't be until late.
