There have been pitchers that have continued to throw after ucl sprains/small tears. Tanaka kept going with seemingly no issue. Dinelson Lamet has not been the same since his injury and has not had it repaired. Degrom allowed his to heal in the off-season and was throwing as hard as ever.
It seems to be hit or miss and is likely a pain management situation as mentioned previously. Its not great but could be worse, thankfully he doesn't have to throw with max effort 100+ times per game.

You are probably correct. If the lawsuit will cost the NFL more than the damage of Gruden leaking anything worthwhile then they'll settle and he'll get paid.

I don't disagree with your evaluation but with the amount of times Tebow was described as a winner despite his flaws taints the term a bit.

I'm as skeptical as they come and even I trust Beane.
It's obvious he has a plan to manage the future roster and cap, while some GMs appear to be content to wing it

Flacco publicly stated he wasn't a mentor with the Broncos. At the time he was the starter, so probably more focused on attempting to keep his job.
Things have gone further downhill for him, so maybe he sees things differently now.
