  1. that is pretty badass when you knock out an NFL player- and fracture their orbital. That is assuming it was a straight up fight, no weapons, man to man. Javon seems to find trouble. Wasn't he at the scene when Williams got shot and killed?

Yup, he sure was. Williams died in his arms as a matter of fact.

  2. I'm hoping the three accomplices in the most brutal crime of our time are our 7th round draft picks. Omon, Johnson and Cox.

For one, they are 7th round picks and are expendable.

    2. Two out of the three guys have dread locks. It will be darn near impossible for any witness to be able to differentiate Marshawn from the other two guys with dreads at 3:30 in the morning. Especially since Lynch's SUV has window tints.

  3. There are no reliable reports whatsoever yet. The ones I have read said after 15 minutes she got up and walked to the ambulance. There were also reports that the car slowed down. lthough again, I don't think there has been anyone that we have seen even one quote from.

We don't know at all whether the car was going 5 mph or 10 or 15 or 20 or 25 or 30 or 40 or 50.

We don't know if he was passed out or drunk or sober or driving.

Maybe the fact they knew she wasnt hit hard was the REASON they left. Who knows right now.

I think hit and run is awful under any circumstances. I am not excusing it in any way. I think he should go to jail for some time if he was driving, regardless of how hard she was hit, for leaving her.

I do object, however, for comments like "leaving her for dead" without us knowing anything. She could have almost immediately gotten up for all we know. Getting hit by a car, if she was left for dead, seems like it would get her more than a bruised hip. Not to mention the fact that we don't know if it was a disgusting bruise all over or the size of a dime. Just wait until some real info comes out before you crucify someone. He could have been screaming go back go back go back for all we know, and his friend or teammate driving panicked. The chances of that are not huge. But from the way the cops are acting, I don't even think they know if he was driving. I wouldnt be surprised at all if they have no witnesses and don't know if he was driving, and are saying that to scare him into admitting it (which may if he did it and wouldn't if he didnt).

    Excellent post.

  4. Are you kidding? We didn't even make playoffs!

What does Buffalo missing the playoffs have to do with Briere losing in the conference finals, again, and it being easier to take (the loss) now that Briere is a Flyer?

Yeah, we should hate Danny because...

I never said I hate Briere. Where did you get that from?

  5. Good question!

I'm talking from a talent perspective, comparing the players to who we have on the team now (ignoring salary/value). I'd like to have any of the following back:

    [

Mike Shneck for long-snapping duties (unless there was an unreported personality/behavior issue that got him cut)

I actually didn't even think about Schnek, but you're right. Schnek was a costly loss. Especially against Cleveland.

  6. Other than Fat Pat, I can't think of one guy I wish the Bills still had on their roster that is still in the NFL. Not even one! That's a testament to the great job Buffalo's front office has been doing lately.

Think about it for a second. Would you like to have Nate Clements back with his huge contract now that we have McKelvin at cornerback? Greer also proved to be a pretty good DB as well. My answer is NO. I wouldn't want Nate back.

How about Jonas or Mike Williams on the O-Line? NO!

Moulds? Fletcher? Spikes? Vincent? Milloy? Sammy Morris? Sam Adams?

A big fat NO to all of the above. The Bills get highly criticized by the so called "experts" in the media whenever they let someone go, but yet the Bills have hit it right on the head with every single decision they make. It's only a matter of time before we dominate the AFC again. Our time is coming!!!

  7. I'll admit it - there were slim pickin's on the FA line before this weekend. But something has happened. Brian Brohm is a Packer. Matt Flynn is a packer. Lord knows, Aaron Rodgers is a Packer. But where does that leave Craig Nall? Everyone's favorite backup could well be out of a job in no time - and back where he belongs on the bench in Western New York!

Put the crack down and step away from the computer.
