  1. Show me a quarterback who can throw a football further than 200 yards....Oh, you mean you have proof somewhere that JP is incapable of having a football game in which he throws for more than 200 yards?  I'd like to see that proof.  He hasn't yet in his long and distinguished career, but then again, Drew couldn't for 11 out of 16 of the games last year as well.

More a mindset than a proclamation.  As he said, if you go out on the field thinking you are second best, you will be second best.

Ummmm, yeah, I would hope that from a 10+ year veteran behind a strong offensive line...your point?

Come on...quit defending this argument...3 of the 4 teams we have beatin are the Texans, Jets, and Fins...we suck and Losman plays like he could maybe start for a JuCo school....I emphasise maybe...

This will be JP's last year...MM's last year and WM should keep his mouth shut and put up some numbers...

    thanks for playing.

  2. Oh christ, not that again. Looky here dude, this subject has been beat to friggin death. Give JP more than a handfull of starts before we start comparing apples and oranges...

Dude should pack his bags and head back to Tulane and see if he can get a couple more snaps there...he is nowhere near being an NFL player...

Madcap you want mediocrity? go the the NO Saints website...oh wait they beat us too....

  3. GREAT post.  Really insightful.  It's Willis' fault...that's it!  And it would all be better with Drew.

    Brilliant, really.  :D

Evidently you are happy with a QB that can't throw for more than 200 yards?

Willis is the one that proclaimed himself the best RB in the league...

Oh by the way have you seen the numbers that Drew has posted this year...

    Slightly better than JP's

  4. First things first, reports out today are that MM refuses to tell the media which QB will be starting against the Jets. The reasoning is that this will keep our opponent guessing on how to gameplan against us. And the inference was that we could expect this type of uncertainty for the next few weeks if not for most of the season. In my opinion (which is probably similar to most of yours), this is not much of an advantage because,

    A. We're not talking about Kemp vs. Lamonica here.

    B. No QB, whatever his skills, could accomplish much behind this OL.

    C. Would any NFL team honestly expect us to start JP coming immediately off of a KH-led win, especially considering that the team is still mathematically in the center of a playoff race?

Secondly, consider the team's current injury status:

We have 5 guys on IR:

    LB Takeo Spikes

    OL Ben Sobieski

    OL Lawrence Smith

    WR LaDaris Vann

    LB Kellen Brantley

1 guy who is on his way to IR any time now:

    DT Ron Edwards

2 more on the PUP list:

    TE Kevin Everett

    CB Kevin Thomas

3 role players who have been on the injury report for at least most of the season:

    WR Roscoe Parrish

    TE Tim Euhus

    SS Coy Wire

2 key defensive starters who are playing in spite of nagging injuries:

    MLB London Fletcher

    SS Lawyer Milloy

And 3 OL who may not be playing at full strength, if at all, this Sunday:

    LT Mike Gandy

    RG Chir Villarial

    RT Mike Williams

Something to think about, is my point...

    neat...

  5. actually he was at the goal line on the Bills side about 5 rows behind me. He certainly was trying to be noticed as he sat in the first row of the suite directly in the middle of the open window. I was a little disappointed that approx 90% of the fan reaction was positive. Not trying to start a debate, but if he is going to attend, then he should go out of his way to stay in the background. Of course, asking someone who made a pez dispenser out of the mother of his children to use a little common sense might be asking too much.

you sound like Romie...I have to completely agree.

Believe me, I know where it is now, and will never forget it either...take care

  7. Hey there. Welcome to unending pain and torture as a Bills fan. You'll love every moment of it. You'll feel cheated at every turn by every ref and every NFL official. You'll feel pride for the Bills players and sorrow for them because they deserve to win and always fall just short. Try to make it to Buffalo for a game sometime. Nothing even comes close to that as an experience.

Thanks for the love...I would love to make the Pilgrimage out there..

  8. Bottom line are the Bills going to be able to get it together this year? I believe that they will...KH will lead us to a "W" and hopefully that will give us a big bump going into the second half of the season...J.E.T.S. are weak...the Fish and the Pats are not all that either....we still can take the division...

    good night now
