Is today the day they stop the decade long descent to the very bottom and begin a steady rise back to the top? I see the Bills somewhat dominating the Bears today. I think this team wins at least four of their remaining games including the Patriots. Yes, I said Patriots. I see Ryan Fitzpatrick proving over these remaining games that he's the Bills' franchise QB we've all been waiting for. I also see this defense coming together and becoming halfway decent. I think we actually have a pretty good team that's hungry and ready to deliver a beat down today.
Guess what? They lost again.

In any case, if you can't figure it out, maybe you don't know as much as you think you do.
1. New offense (Excuse)
2. New defense (Excuse)
3. New coaching staff (excuse)
That should give you enough to start considering.

We fire the worst Head coach in recent NFL history. The guy takes us 7-9, 7-9, and 7-9. All of this done with flat our morons leading our drafts and Free agency. Ralph Brings in Nix (a football guy....) and Gailey (remember Jerry Jones regrets letting him go....) and this team is WORSE! It isn't just the 0-8 record, but even Ray Charles can see this team is worse on the field.
Our 'football man's" Draft has netted a part time player with the 9th overall pick being paid good money, a so so DT and then....nothing else. Ralph says 3 more years? Uh why? Why should a 7-9 x3 time team take a light year step BACK then take 3 years to become a competitior? Bottom line,it shouldn't.
Well folks better pray that Nix can nail the #1 pick and get our Franchise QB in here then somehow, someway draft a hell of a lot better than he did this year to get talent around him. Pray even harder that if the CBA is fixed, he can find some freeagents worth a damn or it will be more of the same next year.
But hey, Merriman is on his way, that means wins right?

What are the chances he stays in Buffalo after this year? Because watching the press conference it got me excited but then I remembered we only have him on contract for another few months. Thoughts?
Zero. Jay Glazier commented after talking to Merriman when picked up off waivers his attitude was something like 'What did I do in a previous life to deserve this'. Merriman told him he would report to Buffalo because he wants to play this year. Glazier then went on to say he thought he was outta here as soon as FA starts.

OK.... But, in a Bills uni, Merriman is clearly the best LB on the team. And, there ain't no LB on the Bills roster that is even a close second to him.
Another upside to the Bills claiming Merriman... the Cornell Green experiment is officially "OVUH"!!!

I cut almost the entire roster. We know they suck so what is the point? Bring in other scrubs while you fill out the team with draft picks. Oh wait, most of Nix's draft picks are sitting the bench....nevermind

Sure, they beat us and at this point probably are the better team but I don't think they are a great team, not even a good team for that matter. All I am pointing out is their record is VERY deceiving. Their QB is REALLY bad. I predict they crash and burn later in the year. Basically the point I am trying to make with this thread.

Non they aren't. We have no talent, and horrible coaching and scouting. We ARE an 0-7 team and it is showing.

Being as bad as the Buffalo Bills are, the KC Chiefs did not impress me at ALL. Other than the fact we have the worst defense in the league and KC can take advantage of our run defense, they showed nothing else. Other than Haley's obvious timeout for the field goal, his play calling was horrible looked lost out there. With Cassel walking back to sideline it look like dumb and dumber out there..lol Cassel was HORRIBLE and not worth the monster contract KC tied him up with.
I know we have a lot of problems including some coaching w team we are losers in Buffalo but the KC Chiefs are a fraud.

First off an Owner that puts the priority on WINNING. You PAY for a top flight front office and coaching staff. You draft well and build through the draft. You add Free agents here and there that help the team. You cut talent that is on the downside and or just doesn't perform. You use that talent and or some other pics to keep gaining future picks to keep talent coming into your franchise. (NE has two firsts, two seconds and two thirds in the 2011 draft).
What sucks is that 'Model' of how to build a franchise is here in our own division and our owner flat out ignores it.

They're not going to move for a number of reasons so i can't want till the Wilson ownership ends.
Its pretty much fact they won't move but you can't stop the hysterical masses from slitting their wrists at the thought of a new owner. so....keep putting up with this **** year in and year out OR at least take a chance on a new owner.

Only way its sooner is Ralph gone. I honestly doubt looking at our draft picks sitting the bench, and Gailey not knowing how to call a game plan as the OC , that its going to be 'just' 3 years either.
But hey Bills fans, at least you don't have to worry about this horrible team possibly moving as long as Ralph owns it right?

Why dont you and the rest of the homers go bite my ass? YOU guys are the reason this team sucks. You keep feeding Ralphs pockets while he keeps putting **** on the field. Cheap? Hell yeah, want to know why he is cheap? Because players salaries are paid with the TV contracts, Coaches and front office contracts are paid out of the owners profit.
At some point we are going to have to clear out the entire front office and find an owner willing to pay the money to get a good front office and coaching staff in here. Pray Nix doesn't !@#$ up the first over all pick that way whomever the staff is after Ralph dies, has a QB to build on.
