I love the Bills and  paraphernalia, but I am not going to another city wearing Bills colors, unless as a group

Me thinks the defense spends too much time on the field, limiting the number of plays the offense has.  I think we have a very good defense, maybe too conservative.  Don't permit the other teams offense to eat up the clock between the thirties.

[I know a lot of people have ragged this coaching]

Analyze the moves they made over this year.......

 

- Sticking with Teague even though the fans were screaming for change....because if we would have made the move to someone else we would have never seen Tre's big time improvement....AND because we stuck with him (keeping his confidence up) and gave tucker reps at the spot.....now we have adaquate players at both center AND at left guard

 

- The Gradual move from Travis Henry to Magehee.......they gave Travis every opportunity to win it back....and he cannot say any different.  This kept the two from starting a RB contiversey that divided the team.....you could even see a dissapointed Travis Henry clapping on the sideline during the game.....

 

- The gradual insertion of Lee Evans into the game plan.....lets face it....Lee is a rookie.....they didn't throw too much too fast at him.....and it has probably helped him in the end as he could slowley get into the hot water......

 

- The gradual move from the Denny/Kelsey machine to what looks to be the mostly Kelsay machine....Kelsay is ready.......and the staff has seen it....

 

- The move of Troy Vincent to safety......Troy may be slowing down as a elite corner.....but he will surely cover the ground as a safety....and has the hands to get the picks.....he and Milloy should make quite a team

This is a far cry from former coaching staffs that were just too damn subborn to make moves that would help the team......our coaching staff is seeing it slowly but they ARE seeing it
