  1. That game that we hosted Nate had safety help on every play. The rest of the year I could not understand why the rest of the league was not double teaming Steve Smith every play as he was the entire passing offense.

I think Nate is entirely overrated. With that said I franchise him and see if anyone bites. If not pay him the tag and draft a young corner while developing what we have. Signing McGee long term was an excellent move and gives us some lattitude.

  2. Does this affect Henry trade value at all? Two players and a conditional pick for Droughns who is coming out of a Denver system notorious for producing top rushers out of anyone they put behind their offensive line. Travis rushed for his yards behind a mediocre offensive line at best. Does this make Shelton and swapping seconds a no brainer for Arizona or does it have no bearing at all?

  3. I've been to Notre Dame, Georgia Tech, Orange Bowl, Florida State, Florida vs. Georgia in Jacksonville, I was in the Orange Bowl for the Flutie miracle but I wish I had been to the Boston Garden prior to them ripping it down. I still want to go to Fenway. I have an opportunity to go to Texas stadium this year to see the Cowboys And I think I would enjoy that. I was born and raised in Florida and have only lived here for 5 years but of all the events I have been to there is nothing like a home Bills game in the Ralph when the fans have a feeling that we have a good team that can win! I can only imagine what it was like in the late 80s and early 90s. I hope we get back to that feeling sonner rather than later.

  4. Various sources are reporting the Raiders will be signing LaMont Jordan.  That would leave Oakland out of the mix (obviously) in the whole Travis Henry discussion.

Raiders have no cap room for Moss let alone an unrestricted free agent like Jordan who will be getting a look from the cap strapped Dolphins as well. If he can be had for cheap the Jets will re-sign him.

  5. Does anyone have a good idea where these guys will end up if not for the Bills. In terms of JJ, I ahve only seen the Giants mentioned as going after him aggresively, and it looks like they have the cap # to do it. Atlanta does not appear to have the room, likewise the Fins.

In terms of PW, I know several have suggested MN, which I guess makes sense. Sorry if this all has been posted before , but I could not find anything else out on the net.

This link below shows projected teams as well as free agents rank. Buffalo is not mentioned as a potential team for any of the top 30 free agents!?

  6. The thing that makes Henry the most attractive back on the market is he is not a huge cap hit. A team like AZ can trade a guy they no longer covet, pick up Henry,

use him on a trial basis. If they have success they can extend him after he has proven himself. You take Lamont Jordan and he'll want large $$$ with large bonus without having ever carrying the full load in the NFL. Jordan is a higher risk.
