  1. Yeah, Ochs is one of our NFLE QB's. He's assigned to the Frankfurt Galaxy. Here's more: "Craig Ochs then began his college career with the Colorado Buffaloes in 2000. At the time, Craig was considered one of the top young QB's in Division 1 College Football. However, due to lack of playing time, Craig decided to transfer to the University of Montana and play for the Division 1-AA power Montana Grizzlies. In his Senior season of 2004, Craig rated among the top 1-AA Quarterbacks and led the Grizzlies to the 1-AA title game". He was cut the last week in August 2005 from the Chargers.

Craig Ochs was with the Galaxy last Season. He is not in Camp with any NFLE-team this year.

The "other" QB is Kevin Eakin ... he was signed by the Bills after he was allocated as a Free Agent to the Frankfurt Galaxy.

Eakin was in 2005 in Frankfurt too, allocated by the Jets and became the Galaxy starting QB in week 3 or 4 .

  2. Josh Cooper had 2 sacks & 3 tackles in the World Bowl 2 weeks ago ... he had 2 sacks, 25 tackles and 1 forced fumble in the 10-game regular NFL-Europe season ... Most Valuable Player of the Cotton Bowl for the 2003 season ... Played in two games with the 49ers in 2004 and spent the rest of the season on the team's practice squad ...

  3. for the last play of the game, if we were playing against the Pats, and we had the ball at the 5 yard line.  Score is 24-28 and we need a touchdown to win the game and if we win were in the playoffs.

I think the reason why Nall was signed is that Levy doesn't think Losman is the man at qb and Nall might be the better option. Also I don't think you can really trust Holcomb to be under center because has a journeyman.  He hasn't started in many games over his career.  I think that if this the case and if so I don't mind that. Lets break it down.  We got a player who hasn't proved himself yet, a veteran journeyman, and guy who as played under one of the greatest Qb's who has ever played this game. I'll take Nall any day! :P

What about Craig Ochs? He played a very solid game on Saturday in NFL Europe:

    12/15, 125 Yards, 1 TD, 0 INT over 2 Quarters

  4. I am sick of has been Pittsburgh coaches.  what makes them so good?  Alex VanPelt is the OC for a NFL Europe team and is running the KGun.  Maybe not the end all, be all, but still interesting.  Make him our OC.

AVP was no OC here in NFL Europe. He was a QB Coach for the Frankfurt Galaxy. But he did call some plays.
