  1. I went to the game and it felt great to see so many Bills fans showing there pride out here in Az, but during the year I feel like I am the only Bills fan out here and I know there are definitely more Bills fans out here that can show your Bills pride year round. Come on Bills fans don't just show that pride when the team is in town show it year round wheither we are winning or losing. Be proud of your team they are a part of us an we are a part of them. Go BILLS!!!!

  2. Been following them since the 1960s I'd say the teams of the late 60s were the absolute worst--they could not beat anybody. And the 0 for 20 stretch against the Dolphins in the 1970s was worse than the current miserable record against the Pats.

Having said that, the last decade has been extremely painful. But what somebody said about the Bills earlier this week is true--they have never been a good team with stretches of badness, but a bad team with only two good teams: the team of 1963-66 and the team of 1988-1999.

Yes I have seen worse times. I remember the early 80's 2-14 and 4-12 seasons and still wore my Bills jacket in support with bandwagon fans harassing me daily.I have also had the opportunity to watch the AZ Cardinals go longer without success (two decades) before they became any good and that did not happen until Bidwell turned the club operations over to his young son Michael and the new ways of drafting, bringing in free agents, the right coach and paying to keep good players instead of letting them go started along with winning. We need a fresh younger mind to run this at the very top!

  3. I have seen Marty rebuild Cleveland and would have been more of a success if it were not for Earnest Byner. In Washington he started off slowly, but the team turned it around towards the middle to end of the season and most likely Washington would have been better off now if not for their impatient owner. I San Diego it got personal between he and AJ and with AJ's ego and owner backing Marty was gone after a 14-2 season. Tell me really by looking at this were Marty is really to blame for falling short. He is not my first choice for a new coach, but he turns things around for the teams he takes over.

  4. I have seen this as a problem for a while and even wrote Chris Brown about it and he thinks the conditioning staff are top notch, but to me I don't see it. I live in Arizona and have seen the differance in a good conditioning program. When the Cardinals hired their new coach they also hired Jon Lot as conditoning coach; the guy who is in charge of the bench press at the combine and I see a totally different team. Also it seems that the Bills do get out muscled alot by better conditioned teams. I say please bring back Rusty! :o

  5. It's the media doing the bashing of this kid. The two incidents that are talked about were a case of mistaken identity in the drive by shooting at him and the sexual assault and battery of an ex-girlfriend was dropped because of a lack of evidence and no visible scares, which is believed to be her trying to get money out of him. This is a good kid and a very good player I would love to see the Bills draft at #12 even if some believe it is a reach at that spot. That was believed to be the case with Whitner last year at #8.

  6. I saw another back that seemed to slip under the radar. He is Jackie Battle of Houston. The guy is 6'2" 235, ran the 40 in 4.42 and was very good in the shuttle drills. Word is if he was at the combine there would have been 50 Rb coaches at the Pro Day. I say sleeper pick in the 5th rnd.

  7. How can this trainer the team has allow a player, especially the caliber of Willis McGahee hit the field without having eaten something to maintain a high level of energy. We did not seem to have that problem or players with stamina problems when Rusty was with the team. I think that should be the big acqusition for this team next year, because it seems to be a growing problem with players on this team since he left.

  8. mexicanbills.....I like that draft a lot.....Sims will be a good mid round pick

Winston Justice is a reach at #8 even with the go Pro Day.Which is why we should think hard about trading down a little like to 11th or 12th pickup a 3rd or 4th and maybe he is still there. I highly doubt Lutui will be there in the 3rd, but if the front office is smart with the depth of this draft's tallent we will have a much improved team this year; at least on paper and possible on the field depending on the speed of development.
