Can’t say that I am thrilled about this. I would have liked to have an outsider’s perspective. My fear is that he will be another yes man and we will get more of the same. I hope I am wrong.

Watch the replay, Josh got his foot stepped on as he threw the ball.

Watching postgame there’s absolutely zero chance Pegula and Beane fire McDermott.
That’s too bad because Mcdookie still sucks.

Bottom line is the Buffalo Bills need a change at Head coach. If not, we will lose Josh. Time to say goodbye to the clown Ronald McDermott

I think Dorsey should definitely come down from the booth and then exit the stadium, never to be seen again.

I didn't write it so don't shoot the messenger. But outside of Buffalo homer media it is a not-uncommon theme..
I see no lies here.

How about running from under center so the very large and powerful man carrying the ball goes forward and has a head start? I cannot conceive why that guy is running out of shotgun on third and goal from the half yard line.
For this reason alone, Dorsey needs to go! It’s pure incompetence and negligence. In addition, McDermott not pushing him to remove this nonsensical play in these scenarios is equally disturbing from a leadership perspective.

The issue with Von Miller is still his ACL. It legitimately takes about two years for someone to return to their old form after this injury.
if you watch, he gets off the line of scrimmage quickly but can only move fast in a straight line. He often runs past the action because he can’t stop and cut. He’s not a threat out there.

I may be one of the few, but I like what McD is doing on D. A little more aggressive, but not over the top and considering who is out for injuries I think he is doing pretty darn good. Perfect, no, but pretty good. I think he is pretty hands off on O and let's Dorsey handle that side. That's where I think change needs to happen. Dorsey has his moments, but was the wrong choice for OC. Some of his play calls boggles the mind. I think they'll get a new DC this offseason to allow McD to get back to being a HC and I wouldn't be shocked (one could hope) if a change is made at OC.🙏
The reason I include McDermott in this is because he is the leader of this team. As the head coach you are responsible for all of your subordinates. If you can’t get offense to change his philosophy then you are part of the problem. It’s a leadership issue.

It’s crystal clear that there needs to be a significant overhaul of the coaching staff. We can’t continue to make boneheaded Junior Varsity level coaching decisions. McDermott and Dorsey are at the top of this list. The 3rd and 2 shotgun draw is absolute insanity.

McDermott and Dorsey need to go. I love the Bills, born and raised in Buffalo and I live just 20 miles from foxboro. This team regression is unacceptable.
