Building him up. McDermott knows what he’s doing. I’m sure Claypool is working his butt off but McDermott is trying to get the best out of him by boosting up his confidence.
Totally the correct approach. McD seems like the guy who gets the best out of his men too. I hope he can get through to Claypool.

Geez once again McDermott prioritizing special teams over everything 🙄What are you even talking about?
No one is prioritizing anything?

They aren’t showing us anything. Every other team has clips out.
Fire McDermott now!

The Chiefs seem to be facing a lot of offseason issues. Does anyone think this impacts their chances to win in 2024?
No.
itll just be used to bolster the annoying “chiefs winning despite such adversity” bs.

Lucky as hell to have Allen.

Honestly a HORRIBLE idea.
A) The guy is a Dbag just like his arrogant brother;
B) We don't need the Kelce show going on at our game; and
C) We lose, it's going to be even MORE thrown in our face.
I like Gronk more than I like these a holes.

Anyone else feeling uneasy about the season?
B word of a schedule coming out. All new faces at WR and a few on defense.
Def NOT trying to be a debbie downer, but man. This looks rough.

I think Diggs was part of the plan for 2024
I think so too. Something must've happened.
And, in agreeing with WGR's point, the staff would've asked Allen about letting him go. Allen would've had a major say in keeping him IF Diggs wanted to stay. I believe Diggs wanted out.

Lol...ok, just ignore everything Beane has said that has mostly all happened exactly as he said it because one time he signed Miller in an offseason where he said he didn't "expect" any big signings. Hopefully that is short enough for you. And sure, agree to disagree
Get well soon.

He didn't say that, he literally said he would look at potential free agents and potential signings and then said "we might even be signing one today we just worked out" and then did just that signing Cephus.
He did however say no big trades/signings. There is no reality or parallel universe where MVS is a "big signing".
Sorry, I just don't know where you are getting these "smokescreens" from...I mean he is literally known to be one of the most, if not the most, straight shooting GM in the league and very candid in interviews. It is one of the reasons people like McAfee, Eisen, etc love interviewing him because he actually gives real answers and insight.
How many Beane interviews and press conferences do you listen to? And do you listen to the whole 15 to 30 minutes or just see sound bites on social? While I am sure I have missed some, I have watched most of them and the full PC/Interview, I thoroughly enjoy them. I am not trying to be a "know it all", I just literally listen to all his PC's and interviews, and do the same with a lot of the main ones like McD, Allen, Diggs, Keon now, etc.
Here we go again. You don't need paragraphs for a message board.
No big signings.. then Von Miller appeared. NO GM is going to tip their hand and be clear. Not just Beane.
No sense arguing with you. Agree to disagree.

Hate this.
Would rather have the Dolphins later on, giving our offense more time to gel. Things will be MUCH different. New players. Potentially new learning curve. This whole season may be odd.

No he never said that. Point failed.Fairly sure he did. And made a point to state no big signings.
The point is, Beane does smoke screens a lot. Everyone knows that. Quit acting like a know it all.

Except he's not.
Didn't he just say were not signing anymore WR?
Look what just happened.
My point proven.

NO...not a sign at all. It was never an option from the get go, again, you should try listening to Beane
You should know better. Beane is notorious for smoke screens and doing things he blatantly said he wouldn't. You cannot take his word as gospel. That's been a common theme with him since his tenure.

Except for Beane saying "there is no trade for a receiver forthcoming" and "We like our room. We're in good shape there".
Since when are we taking anything Beane says as proof positive?
Cmon. We ALL know better at this point.
Metcalf would be INSANE with Allen.
And we seem to be going big, large receivers.
Would LOVE this. Big, tough QB with big, tough WRs.

Personally i'd be shocked if they don't find a veteran .
The WR core isn't good, and is very inexperienced imo. We will fight to make playoffs if we go into the season like this.

What's crazy is the social media population under the impression all is the most UNclutch/choking QB there is.
It's mind boggling. Most of it is just hate cause he's a cyborg.
-
I think Greg is our best edge. But i had a little higher expectation for him after being drafted.
You guys think he's reached his ceiling?
-
I still say we're pulling in another veteran receiver post June 1st.

These new WRs at 6'3" are almost as tall as the TEs (Kincaid is 6'4" and Knox is 6'5").
With so many really fast WRs and RBs, the league is moving to faster, smaller DBs. By counter-programming to big and strong, the Bills are going to present teams with a unique challenge they might not able to adjust to. I like this, a lot.
TOTALLY my thoughts. The NFL is very much a “chase me” league. You just gotta be the front runner.

Not so sure what’s funny about taking 14? In all honestly, who cares?
Need to get over the whole Diggs ordeal. Claypool is one of our own now and we should embrace that.

Buffalo has THE best offensive weapon in the AFC, if not the entire league in Allen.
prove me wrong.
