  1. Could have played on Sunday

Which they didn't know back in February. Even though venues had been negotiating with Springsteen's bookers since last fall, the dates for this leg of the tour weren't officially announced until mid-April.

Also not sure why you're putting this on Brandon. I'm no fan of his, but in this case it was the Rogers gang telling the Bills sorry, we'd rather have the Boss than you this weekend. Then again, at least they know HE can sell 40,000 tix in that barn instead of having to paper the house with freebies to make it look like Toronto cares about an overpriced football practice.

  2. Okaaaay your point is what? Springsteen has a long tour with a lot of people working for him so the Bills should just roll over for him ? Look branden rolled over and take a hard one from Rogers. they're now in the drivers seat after having taken a bath on this series and now they're playing hardball w brandin. Read through that deadpan piece alot of it apPlies to this situation and the bills business practices in general

Do the math. The point is, with 22 (!) semi trailers full of equipment to load in/out plus reconfiguring the seating, there's no way in hell they could've had the Rogers Centre ready to play an NFL game less than 24 hours later (or vice versa).

  3. Hmm tonight is also available there, if "The Boss" concert is on Fri you play on Sat and vice versa. The Sunday nonsense is just that - nonsense.

Don't believe Brandon's double-speak, when you see him ask if Rogers pays for this game and ask him what the status of Roger's renewal of the series is.

You really think they could load out Springsteen's show and convert the Rogers Centre to an NFL-ready field in less than 24 hours, or vice-versa?

    Really?

  4. John Clayton said 1-2 games.

I'll believe him over the people here.

Was that before or after the news about the weed?

I don't see the connection between how Lynch treated the police in Buffalo last year and what happened with the police in Culver City. Not necessarily disagreeing with you on the larger issue, but I think this is a real stretch.

Exactamundo. CCPD, if they recognized the name, probably didn't connect the dots far enough to come up with "well, he was a tool to the Buffalo PD, so we're going to fry him for this one."

  5. Inside info?

From the guy who started this thread last summer?

    Suprise Camp Cuts (Bills)

Obviously I know no more than anyone else on this board but ill take a shot in the dark and say these players will get cut in camp...

Robert Royal (hasn't done anything...pretty much ever)

William James (the staff will keep youbotys potential over Jame's experience)

Duke Preston (He's done nothing but decline over the past couple seasons)

John Wendling (A rare athletic talent, but couldnt even make it on the field last season with all of our injuries in the secondary. With the additions of Corner, and Cox, who can play safety too...I can see this guy getting cut)

Well, one out of four ain't bad.

    Or this one?

Hey...im selling my Bills football signed by almost the entire 2007 roster

I used to work in the merchandise department and got this ball signed for me.

pics are up on ebay...its an awesome football.
