Complete garbage from someone who would be laughed out of court. This is the fantasy world of Gullible Travelers.

I have some shocking news. Twitter and Breitbart are not admissible in a court of law. Lawyers who actually handle court cases are officers of the court and have a good-faith obligation not to misspeak. When you hire media darlings as your counsel you get charged a lot for a little expertise.

A whole bunch of you people have been screaming that abortion is murder. Well, is it time to “save the babies”?
I doubt it, just more GOP hypocrisy, as if they give a fig about the issue. Just something to scream about like little children.
15000 children under age five will die today.

The idea that thousands of acres of forest should be managed better sounds like another misdirection play. Still, most of the CA forests are on Federal land.

that was well said. the amendment I refered to was exactly the 1st. Just wanted to point out what you'll see, and who gets canceled, for thinking freely. "they" obviously refers to mob mentallity. Curious to see if/when he gets cancelled. Will it be immediate? either within his own organization, or on a national stage? Or will it be after he fails to entertain his fans? Just a thought....
for the record, I never said I supported him. I said I respect him. dont put words in my mouth!
Stop acting persecuted. We don't have to be divided. You chose to.

Proof its racial though? Good luck
Sorry toast it is a recognized legal theory. Your side already lost. Open your eyes at what happened with the shooter in Kenosha with the police. The separate but equal fantasy was grounded in 1954. The desperate swarm to justify black killings does not hold up to comparative scrutiny. We can do better because we are better than this.

I don't think they should be enforced equally and I don't think they would be. I think someone who can be positively identified as throwing something at a law enforcement officer or as looting/destroying property should face much harsher charges - and I think factually speaking, they do and will.
I'm not sure what "warning" someone would do in these circumstances. If they've been told not to do something, that seems like a warning to me. If they show up and do it anyway...how do you stop them? They've already been warned. Being there anyway seems like evidence they don't take warning seriously.
If you believe that people who are committing a non-violent crime such as trespassing on stadium property should be warned vs forcefully thrown to the ground, forcibly subdued in a way that causes bodily harm or death, arrested....can you not see the point of the protests? Citizens who are committing non-violent crimes such as passing a counterfit bill, having a tail-light burnt out, selling cigarettes illegally etc are being harmed or killed by LEO who stop them - sometimes while several brother officers are on hand and do not intervene. The situation appears to be ongoing and not being addressed in a meaningful way to effect change.
That some idiots take advantage of the protest situation to destroy property, loot, and become violent does not cancel the original point motivating the protests. IMO of course. The problem is disparate outcomes and black men dying after police encounters. There has to be a better way and a little sympathy doesn't cost a dime. Looters and vandals have a different agenda than the protesters and should be strictly dealt with.

You're missing the point. The majority of people saying black lives matter aren't doing so to support the organization. Let's be honest though, the right loves the organization Black Lives Matter because they have something to argue against and make it political.
I've always questioned the organization of BLM and Antifa because facts are they help the right more than the left. These groups help create hate towards the left.
They are just seeking lip service for justice in a game dominated by poc. If you are an NFL fan it is not too much to ask. Give your brothers a hand.

I was looking forward to tomorrow until this happened. This is it. I’m so done with this team. I can handle the losing and being embarrassed on the football field, but this I can not tolerate.
edit: I wasn’t being serious.
I am thru forever last straw man.

Would it be better PR that they are the cause of a virus being spread so people could attend a televised sporting event in person?
Limited outdoor seating events is a fairly common practice in my area not in stadiums. You sound kind of arrogant. My beef is people who use masks as ascots.
-
Sounds like bad PR. Telling the fans the stadium is off limits could start a bad habit. Limited tailgating would have been good PR.

There is always the concerted effort to justify the shooting of a black man under any circumstances. Meanwhile a white guy wipes out a black church in NC and the cops take him to McDonalds for a Happy Meal. The Kenosha cops seemed to have little issue with the actions of the aspiring vigilante. As mentioned before, disparate outcomes supports a legal remedy. This is not worth arguing because it is an endless echo chamber. Communities keep tearing apart over this.

Billie I am just observing the process. Many things can be shut down and I have been on the receiving end. But today is Jackie Robinson Day and Buffalo is hosting a major league baseball game. Let's put our thinking caps on and contribute something positive.

The NBA and everything else possible will shut down until we can get the attention of people who support such actions.

Only crazy people would ever go to a rally.
For Bman anything that has #Antifa is ANTIFA
Lol Antifa must be a right wing movement because they are the only ones who seem to know about it or mention it. antifa.com was based in Russia for some years before it got shut down. Still waiting for some/any criticism of Russia from our leader. Bizarre. Should I vote for Putin?
Let's not encourage people with guns to go into other communities during social unrest. We can do better. This is just blood-letting.

It's been studied and found lacking. There is no normal sane reason for a politician to be recommending medications, but the cult latches on for dear life and this is quite clear. Why else would any of us care to promote a medication. Just find us ones that work and are safe per FDA standards.

You can try to wash it away as people being judgmental, but the reality is that most people do not like even the perception of a woman banging an older guy to get ahead. And Willie has admitted repeatedly all the things he did for her while they were sleeping together.
So that is a choice Harris made, and a choice she has to live with. And that is why the internet is filled with jokes about her 'blowing it' and campaign posters of Joe and Blow 2020.
When you're young and bang an old dude in power, and walk away without countless opportunities as a result of the old guy you're banging, this is what she gets in the long run, whether you like it or not.
He got her appointed to a couple of commissions. Everyone is going way overboard on this but acting as if that's OK. It is an unfair perspective. People are not describing things accurately so it is just campaign talk really.

Why It Should Matter to Women That Kamala Harris Slept Her Way Up
by Dov Fischer
It is no secret but public knowledge that Kamala Harris slept her way up into California political life by being a very public escort and mattress for California Democrat Kingmaker Willie Brown. Willie Brown is 30 years older than Harris and was very married at the time. It was public. It was an embarrassment.
With Joe Biden’s photo metaphorically the definition of the 25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, voters will decide in November whether they want Harris to be their president some time in the next four years. Of almost equally significant concern is what Harris represents to hard-working women across the country who devote years to their careers
Brown was separated at the time and there were no other such affairs to my knowledge. Sounds kind of harsh, righteous and judgmental. You can make a lot of money telling people what they already want to believe. Telling women what they should believe? Can we trust her around Putin or Kim Jong?

Election law requires a showing that the process deprived a candidate of a fair and free election that affected the outcome. Like the opinion states, elections are about ballots not briefs. Pointing out a sometimes sloppy process is evidence for improving the process for future elections. Elections are held twice every two years so there are always systemic problems. Abusing the legal process is clearly not what elections are about. I assume you know the significance of the burden of proof.
