Who knows what he thought, but punting in the 4th Q on 4th and inches
was so negative, definitely not cool. By playing not to lose than playing
not to win has happened more than once this year.

It is so positive to be a Allan fan and he is the franchise QB of the Bills
that we have waited so long for, but (and there is a but) we know his
accuracy leaves much to be desired, and and unless he gets a QB
whisperer, it is what it is.
Being a franchise QB in the NFL and $2.75 will get me on the bus and
no more. You can name all the franchise QBs who have never made it
to the SB much less won one. So let us hope for some playoff success
and more winning seasons.

"Because the Bills aren't championship caliber yet".
This is a now league my friend. Just because you make the playoffs this
year doesn't mean much due to free agency and who knows how the
draft pans out. The Rams went from the SB loss last year to missing
the playoffs when many of there fans thought they would win the SB.
Many teams have 1/3 in change of personnel.
We know what McD is, we know what Allen is, what we don't know is
what the front office will do this spring and summer.

1. I understand the emotions we are all going through because it is the
Pats and they almost always beat us, but----.2. They were the better team on the field yesterday unfortunately.
3. Those of you talking about next year forget it. With free agency and the
. crap shoot that is the draft, who would have thought the Rams would go
from the Super Bowl to missing the playoffs. Changes not predictable.
4. How many times over the years has Edelman destroyed us. Inexcusable.
5. 4th and inches in the 4th quarter and punting? Again, playing not to win,
but not to lose.
6. Allen. He is the Bills franchise guy for the next 15 years. Too good to trade,
but disagree if you want, not good enough to get to or win the SB. You all
know all the franchise guys I am talking about in the league. Rivers,
Carr, Stafford, Ryan, Dalton, Luck, Big Ben, Rogers, and have I left anyone
else out? If anyone out there knows how to teach Allen and all other QBs
how to be more accurate, bottle it and you will become wealthy.

This game was flexed to have good numbers because it was a meaningful
game that meant something, and it was expected to be competitive and
close so people wouldn't change the channel, and it had two winning teams.
The game they took out was the Vikings 39-10 win.
-
I hope you are right, but unfortunately fans, media, and advertisers
want to see games that have Brees, Winston, etc throw for 400 yards.
Defensive games tend to put people asleep at night who are not fans of
the teams.

Just stick to the facts man, and I am sure my mom will appreciate you.

It was a great win last night and we are on to New England, and we are all
happy but lets stop the pom poms on Josh Allen. He is a franchise QB for
the Bills, but what does that mean. It means he is too good to ever be traded
but right now and maybe never, does he win the big one. There are many
franchise QB's in the NFL. Among them P Rivers, M Ryan, M Stafford, D Carr,
among others but even winning a playoff game does not make you great.
Eli Manning is a god in the tri state area (NYC, NJ, Conn) because he won
two Super Bowls. He can walk into any bar there and never have to pay for a
drink. I would like to buy Josh Allen I drink one day. But passing the past
two weeks for 146 and 139 yards does not win much. . That does not win
Super Bowls. he is rated poorly among NFL QB's because that's who he is
now and maybe forever.
Let's get real. Some of you guys ran Tyrod Taylor out of town and he put up
some better numbers then Allen has. If we beat the Pats it will be because
of Defense, not Josh Allen.

We all know playing QB in the NFL is the hardest position in sports to play,
which is why QB's get the big bucks.
Think of all the franchise QB's in the NFL who are too good to trade,
but not good enough to win anything- Rivers, Ryan, Stafford, Carr, etc. etc.
Allen threw for 139 yards last night, 146 the week before. If those were Tyrod
Taylor's numbers he would be run out of town which he was. The defense won
the game last night. Allen did not. All rating systems have Allen between
25 and 30. No one is going to the Super Bowl throwing for 140 yards even with
no turnovers which is no gimme with Allen.

I am enjoying myself and congratulations to the Bills organization, but
facts are facts. There is a lot of parity in the NFL this year and on any
given day or night most all teams either can win or throw in a stinker.
Explain Atlanta beating San Francisco today. The Bills had a soft strength
of schedule this year and took advantage of it. That has nothing to do with
a culture change.

My opinion Is if anyone thinks Allen should get a A for that performance
something is wrong with you.
139 passing yards for a NFL QB is just not good enough. This is not
acceptable for a NFL QB. We are lucky the Pittsburgh QB was worse.

The number one reason the Bills are going to the playoffs is a soft schedule.
They were supposed to run over the Steelers with the third 3rd string undrafted
QB. Yes McDermott is a outstanding Defensive Coach, bur not a lot of smarts
on the Offensive side. Same as most head coaches whose expertise lies on
one side of the ball.
-
The play where we were on the 1/2 yard line and the run started from 5 yards
back. Why not Allen under center and just push the pile.
-
Anybody know who the main culprit on the O Line was today, or was it more than 1.
-
You had 2 downs , 1 minute and a time out with a beast of a running back,
to make 4 yards or more for the win (or tie with a shorter kick); or 1 down,
a few seconds and no time outs with a kicker who earlier missed a 34 yard kick
and had not made a 50+ kick all year long to make a 53 yard kick.
And wasn't our kicker injured a year or two ago, and not been real good since?
In the entire history of the Buffalo Bills this may have been the worst
decision or game management call by a coach ever.

Virgil, don't know why you or anyone thought we could beat the Pats.
Reality is we are just a so so team, not good or bad. The playoffs were
made by a soft soft schedule. There was not one good team we beat
all year. I believe the only team we beat with a winning record was
Pittsburgh (8-7)who probably won't make the playoffs with poor QB
play and could't beat the bad Jets yesterday.
Substitute the 49ers, Seahawks and Rams in place of the Cowboys,
Giants and Redskins and we wind up 8-8 or 7-9
Just to upset more people, Allen's passing numbers don't match
Tyrod Taylor's but maybe we get lucky in the playoffs. Better to be
lucky than good.
