  1. Looks pretty simple

    Chiefs

    Steelers

    Patriots

Texans and Colts (Division winner and 6 seed)

    Chargers

Even at 9-7 (that means winning in New England) the Bills wont get in.

Following the Sabres model of tanking and grabbing picks is the better route.  I know you can't really tank in football but a top 10 pick with a franchise quarterback and a solid defense puts the Bills in a great position to make a serious run in 1-3 years.

  2. Started the season 1-5 and now on a 5 game winning streak, with a 37-5 blowout of McDermott and the Bills included in that streak. The guy can coach. Why the Bills didn't bring this guy in to be their head coach is beyond me. Looking at their schedule it looks like he is heading to the playoffs in his first year and the Colts are going to be the team nobody wants to play. Great job Frank Reich.

Hiring a defense minded coach in the new NFL where offense is King is the biggest mistake made so far by the Pegulas.

Wow multiple teams put in a claim! That's crazy. I thought his career was done.

If you can play you can do anything. This is why the Kaepernick stuff is such a joke. If he was a good quarterback 10 teams would be trying to sign him.  Cam Newton starts kneeling during the pledge and gets cut, 10 teams would try to pick him up.

I noticed from the stands Sunday that, while he had those great punts to pin the Jags deep, overall he was pretty crappy. Even people around me noticed a lot of the punts wobbled and didn't go very deep.

    I highly doubt this.

Why? You see any other teams in the league switching their punter who averaged 45 yards a punt for a guy that has even a worse average? Players do wonder when coaches and GM's bring in guys who are not very good.  Matt Darr is not a good punter and he has not punted in an NFL game since 2016. Move makes no sense.

  5. There are 6 games left and the Bills are getting rid of a punter who had 7 punts and an average punt of 44.9 yards this past weekend?  Those are not great stats, but changing a punter now is ridiculous.  This accomplishes what exactly?

If this is about some Edge to get on the Dolphins this weekend that is pretty pathetic.  Guys are going to begin wondering if this GM and Coach have any idea what they are doing.

Peterman is gone. If something happens, we have a guy that can play waiting. I don’t want him to get hurt either but at least now we don’t have to fear the backup

Not concerned with the backup. Just the franchise QB.  Any injury on a throwing arm is a serious concern until proven in game action that it isn't. We should know after a quarter or two if he is fine.

If he doesn’t want to play then just make him inactive. What an embarrassment that would be to not be able to dress for this team. That would certainly hurt him in the offseason. Teams will take notice of that. Don’t just hide him on the sideline during the games. Make him inactive and then play good with the other guys.

This makes the most sense. This coach seems to get attached to players from Carolina and guys like Peterman. He gives them way too many chances.

If any decision was made to accommodate Nate Peterman’s “skill set” that person (or persons) should be fired immediately.

No rational person thinks anyone in the Bills organization was making decisions based on a guy they had penciled in as their number 3 quarterback. If anyone gets fired it should be for going into the season with just a rookie and Peterman on the roster. I will give them a little break because they did shell out serious money to get McCarron to Buffalo. They didn't sign him for all that money with the intention of him being the number 3 quarterback. McCarron was supposed to hold the spot until Allen was ready. Peterman was either going to be the number 3 or cut. The original plan was rational.

At least he gets less threads than Peterman/Peterson/Peyerman...(I think...?)

There is a difference. Peterman sucked but he tried to earn his money. He just was not good. Benjamin is not in shape. He doesn't make an effort when he is on the field. He is taking reps from a young receiver.  Wish the best to Peterman in the CFL or in the real world. Don't feel like he was not giving an effort. He was just bad. Benjamin is acting like a guy who just wants to get paid and leave Buffalo.

Benching him is what he wants.  He wants to sit out, not get hurt, and collect his money.  Then blame the team for his low production once he becomes a free agent.

I would dress him but see no need to start him.   Let him play situationally.  Make him work.

Why? What do the Bills get out of playing him? Sometimes you just have to eat the contract. When he gets on the field it is like playing with 10 players.

  11. It is time for the Bills to just bench Benjamin. He is earning $530,000 a week or $3,200,000 over the next 6 weeks and is already talking like the season is over. It is almost like he has already moved on. With 6 games to go and with him earning over 3 million for those games, he certainly should not be already talking about "a fresh start" and making comments like the season is already over.  When a guy is in his contract year and he is already writing off the season, he should not be stepping on the field. It sucks to have to pay a guy all that money to sit on a bench, but he does not even belong on the roster any longer. Ever time he gets on the field is at the expense of experience for a young receiver that might have a future in Buffalo.

If he wants to stop getting bombarded on social media, he should get in shape. He is earning $500k a week. Is it too much to ask him to be physically prepared to play?

“It’s just a bad season,” Benjamin said. “You can’t help that. It is what it is. But just football man. You have good seasons, you have bad seasons. I’ve had successful seasons in this league. I’m going to have plenty more. For some reason, it’s just not the year.”

“I mean bombarded with just social media. I can’t really get on there and really have fun with it no more because they’ve kinda taken the fun out of that. Just bombarded by the fans. Just bombarded by people. It’s the way of our life, I guess, right now.”

Agree with everything.  I find Barkley's future with Buffalo very intriguing. I see us going 4-2 and showing some mild improvements on offense. I love Allen's enthusiasm and leadership qualities but still doubt his accuracy above 56%. If he can ever get to 60+ this team will take off....

You need receivers to have a high completion percentage. It is not easy to complete a ton of passes with receivers that can't get real separation. Hopefully they just sit Benjamin the rest of the year.  He can't get separation and he drops passes.

Isn't it obvious . The proof is there for u to see for a yr and half that whether or not they spoke about it they didn't add any speed until recently . This means it was not a proirity for them which is mind blowing.

It is not easy to add receivers when you have a rookie quarterback and a bad offensive line.  There are only a few good free agent wide receivers each year and they usually go where they be assured the quarterback throwing to them is experienced.  Who exactly could the Bills have added?  Everyone loves to criticize but they never have names of players the Bills should have signed.  Drafting a good wide receiver is not easy either unless you are prepared to use a number 1 draft pick.
