I stand corrected... I was going by a couple of previous posts stating that she's from Cattaraugus... which is not just a county but also a town quite a hike north of Limestone. If I had a buck for every time I drove through Limestone over the years my retirement would be a whole lot more comfortable than it is now :)

As long as you never got nabbed by the state boys in the 40 mph zone!

Cattaraugus is just north of Little Valley and the school is actually named "Cattaraugus Little Valley"... so where is this Allegheny/Limestone reference coming from? Limestone is right on the NY/PA border... which is a bit south of Cattaraugus. I used to drive through there in both directions 5 days a week on route 219 when I was driving truck many years ago.

She teaches at Allegany Limestone which is a merged school of Allegany and Limestone. She lives in Olean, is a native of Smethport PA. So Cattaraugus is just the county she lives in.

I  think she tripled it. I looked up the town on Wiki (didn't know exactly where it is)and it said that the avg income there was around $30K.

Her school district is one of the bigger/wealthier ones here (Allegany Limestone) so she likely makes closer to $40-50k/year depending on how long she’s been there. Maybe more. Regardless she definitely got another years salary and maybe more on Friday.

    Dude,

I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old dog and I really hate that thoughts creep in my mind every once in awhile that one day they both won't be here and it's probably within 10 years.  Hate thinking about that.

I think about that with my two parrots - and they could easily both outlive me! Intrusive thoughts wait for no season to be over.

This sounds like what happened to a girl I knew in high school. She was turning left out of the traffic light on to Moseley Rd in Fairport (the one by the Applebees). A guy on a bike was flying down Moseley and hit her and ended up dying. She was traumatized after.  Sad thing all around.

PTSD from such accidents is so real. My husband was in a pedestrian involved accident- pedestrian didn’t die but was injured, and it wasn’t his fault but he still struggles with it almost two years later.

  6. My love for Josh annoys my daughter so much. I really am not as crazy about him as I pretend, I just love to embarrass her (she’s almost 13, it’s the perfect age).

The other day I put an empty box of Josh’s Jaqs on top of the fridge to “display” - it didn’t last an hour before she moved it somewhere where she didn’t have to see it. 🤣

I think she forgot our Christmas tree topper is Josh…

  7. If I was the new owner I’d initiate a full on rebrand ASAP. Brand is everything in business and the Washington whatever they call themselves at the moment have a tarnished one thanks to Snyder. But I don’t know what sorts of hoops football teams need to jump through to make that sort of change.

I think the name shift away from redskins was overdue but the process of changing the name was a clusterF. So I don’t think anyone is overly attached to Commanders at this point anyway.

  8. My husband was a loyal Browns fan from when the franchise was revived. Through thick and thin, he endured, until they traded for Watson. That was the day he renounced his Browns fandom and became a full fledged member of our Bills community. However, living in WNY and being married to me, he’d always had a good knowledge of and love for the Bills anyway, so it was a natural transition.

Just when we thought Allen’s accuracy was improving. 😞

I really don’t hope there is a potential child involvement. Pretty crappy to have this stuff out there about a “kid.”

Is he a pro athlete or in a band? 😂 congratulations on a successful marriage. They are become rarer and rarer.

Neither - I honestly don’t think I could live that lifestyle. I enjoy my privacy. I can’t imagine having every little thing scrutinized on that level.
