What difference does age make with the Bills and a lot of other NFL trams philosophy? Draft them, let them finish their rookie deal and let them go. What’s the difference if that running back is 28 or 25 when it happens?-

At first it might a taboo thing around the league but you watch....in time tons of guys (the smart ones) will be wearing these things, unless they really bother the players when playing, which is something I know nothing about.
I don’t disagree and I’m sure the look of them will evolve when the product starts to be seen on television. If they look more stylish the stigma of wearing one will go away. Sounds stupid but it’s reality. Players want to look cool. -

Taking anyone in round 2 has to be really good. The Bills are weak at Safety. That’s a pretty importent position in McDermott’s defense.-

The damned dumbest argument I’ve seen is the Chiefs would have got Worthy regardless.
You don’t trade up with the team you think is going to select your target, you trade in front of that team.Obviously, the Chiefs felt one of Tampa Bay, Dallas or San Francisco was going to take Worthy.

Each team has different needs and fits for their scheme. KC has 2 guys that can play outside (maybe one, depending on rice). We don’t really have any that are ideal outside. I like a worthy in the slot, but not so much dealing with press. So I don’t see him as ideal for us (although I wouldn’t have been upset if he was our pick due to having an elite trait).
I’m glad we don’t have to worry about him getting smacked and broken in half. I’m also happy that the chiefs took Worthy over Mcconkey. I thought that was a match made in heaven
OK, then how do you feel about THREE wide receivers coming off the board from 28 to 32. Three wide receivers we had a chance to draft and didn’t.I guess whoever the Bills take is going to be better than those three guys because the Bills took him?
In Beane’s tenure with the Bills, he drafted Gabe Davis, Khalil Shakir and who else at wide receiver?

I agree with a lot of this.I also agree that if a team like KC wants an offensive player at a position we need help at ourselves, maybe we should have taken that player in the first place? Andy Reid must like that kid and probably for a good reason.

Look, the Bills CLEARLY don’t think they were going to land a #1 WR in this draft. I’m sure they tried but they didn’t do it. When you have a gaping hole at your #1 WR position you don’t screw around and trade down if you believe someone is there that can fill that role.
The only way the Bills are going to fill that spot is through a trade. The Bills have a big problem right now and one that only a trade can fix. They may draft a WR and say it was their target all along. I don’t believe that for a second. Not when they are in the position they are currently in.
I hope their answer to filling their biggest hole isn’t someone they have passed over twice now to trade down.
