Does anyone know if the UFL will adopt the same draft eligibility rule that the NFL has?
- "To be eligible for the draft, players must have been out of high school for at least three years and must have used up their college eligibility before the start of the next college football season."
If they could poach top prospects out of high school I think the league would be interesting.

Heard Ubers are impossible to come by after the games end at New Era. Looking to get back to hotel about 4 miles away from stadium. Are there any alternatives?

%93 conversion rate when targeted on 3rd down... Wow!

Wow!... how do you watch the interview of khalil shakir and not root for this guy? Ya he said all the right stuff, but the football answers sounded the same as the way he answered questions about his personal life. Genuine. whether he works out or not. Solid pick.

Also Zander Horvath RB (FB) Purdue. Like him to replace Moss and Gilliam. 1 player, 2 spots filled.
Same college, same position, same number, same style and yet no comparisons to Alstott? Gawd i feel old

I’m hoping Jaelon Darden WR from North Texas falls to us

The way the depth chart looks we could field an interesting “NASCAR” package for the Dline in obvious passing situations

Well alright, that’s what I was missing. Thank you sir

This is an interesting thread. It’s 5pm and a handful of teams are still over, with no significant cuts.... what am I missing

And who is that in your opinion?
While I know this player is far from a carbon copy of the Milano / David type linebacker, I think Tyus Bowser could be an underrated free agent acquisition. Definitely wouldn't cost as much as the aforementioned FA linebackers, but I think if given the chance could perform at a very high level within this defense

star lotulelei opting out has more to do with Edmunds average play, than Tremaine himself

similar player, most likely drafted much later

While neither of our runningbacks are true game breakers, they are more than adequate. Both of them could easily make another roster as a change of pace back and it wouldn’t surprise me if atleast 1 of the 2 was a productive starter on another team. Our Oline was patched together in order to protect JA, and they do a decent job of that. I’m hoping we spend our 1st pick on IOL and maybe make a mid level OL FA signing that will allow our offense to become more well rounded

I don’t think he’s worth it. Looks like he would have trouble beating the defense around the edge. The power back from Oklahoma looks comparable and could be had much later in the draft
-
I think our defeciencies on the Oline were exposed last night. In my opinion we just aren't very good run blockers, and last night our pass protection was poor. When a team can pressure your QB on occassion bringing just 4 against our 5..... thats an issue.
