  1. Very hard to poke holes in last nights game.. my two cents: thought they came into the game pretty jacked up (josh specifically) a few plays he'd definitely like back. The pass to kumerow into the turf and the Option play he kept.

Also would have been nice to get Mckenzie involved and Shakir some targets from JA. Also wish Shakir had put up the block on that option I mentioned above.. Ruined the whole play.

Could this end up being a pick betting line? I know how much fans here like being the underdog cause our team knows it and helps light a fire. Could all this Bills win talk fire up the Chiefs?

No, I think its pretty clear a lot of the market and money early in the week has been on the Bills since they just went Aaron Hernandez and killed NE. I'd think since this is the late Sunday game that the line moves back to 2-2.5. I don't see it hitting 3 ever unless there is covid or injury news.

  3. Not that it matters at all because the postseason is an entirely new season, but I think its funny how Chiefs fans are just dismissing the L they took in the reg season. They are acting like they have a whole new team.. Mahomes is still making bad decisions/turnovers, The D is still suspect. Thinking they have the greatest D in the league because they beat the Giants, Raiders twice, Steelers twice, and GB without Rodgers. I have to spend my lunch break away from Chiefs Planet ha!

  4. I've only been to 10-13 games in my life.. buncha games when I was living in CT. And since moving to Texas, I've been to 2 Houston games, Carolina, and to Buffalo for the first Bildo game. I never saw a Bills win in person, I almost didn't want to go Saturday.. but i can finally say: my personal Bills curse has been broken. Literally the best thing i've ever witnessed in person. I wasn't cold for even one second during the 4 hour party that I will truly never forget. Go Bills

  5. To be honest I just feel that this team has a bend, don't break style to it. I know it's not the most desirable manner to win games but they're 5-1. Strong defense, decent enough offense to put some points on the board and be in a position to win. As long as the Bills win I could care less of how the do it. Football games are so up and down and as long as the can hold on and not shoot themselves in the foot they will have a chance. Bring on Philly.

Can't find them so far...I found them on the Broncos board I post on...exact same ones...

    NFC EAST
    1. Dallas Cowboys 11-5 Zeke and Dak along with a stout D will win the division, on the strength of a 7-1 home record.
    2. Philadelphia Eagles 10-6. A bit of super bowl hangover but they make the playoffs as wild card
    3. New York Giants 6-10. They get Beckham back, and they drafted Barkley. Eli is still old.
    4. Washington Redskins. 4-12. This is not a strong roster and it didn't get stronger this offseason.

    AFC EAST
    1. New England Patriots 11-5. Tom Brady still has something left. The rest of the roster is a bunch of guys that Brady and Belichick will make work. Rest of division is awful wich helps
    2. New York Jets 7-9. Darnold gets his rookie year in taking some lumps. Bad roster.
    3. Miami Dolphins 5-11. 2 of the wins are agains the Bills. Roster is in flux. Another team that didn't get better this offseason.
    4. Buffalo Bills 2-14. They made a fluke playoff run last year, then traded more peices to go up for a QB who is a project. The offense is awful. Shady is getting older AND he's in trouble.

    NFC NORTH
    1. Minnesota Vikings. 12-4. Pretty much everyone is back with an upgrade at QB.
    2. Green Bay Packers 10-6 Rodgers is back...he's about all they have but that's still alot.
    3. Chicago Bears 6-10. Bears roster has been upgraded, but they only go as far as Trubisky can take them...wich isn't far.
    4. Detroit Lions. 3-13. I don't think Matt Patricia will be a good head coach and I don't like the overall roster talent.

    AFC NORTH
    1. Pittsburg Steelers. 10-6 Antonio Brown. check. LeVeon Bell...eh....doesn't matter. Big Ben. Check. Another division title
    2. Cincinatti Bengals 8-8. Some good players, but Dalton has some games where he drops off a cliff. Running game will be disappointing.
    3. Baltimore Ravens. 6-10. Flacco sucks. Still not any big weapons on offense. Defense isn't great.
    4. Cleveland Browns. 4-12. Everyone is all over the Browns to make the playoffs..no. But a 4 game improvement is in order.

    NFC SOUTH
    1. Atlanta Falcons. 12-4 The core of a very good team returns and they've done it all except win a superbowl.
    2. New Orleans Saints. 10-6. Brees is still good, but they are missing Ingram for 4 games and their WR corps is suspect after Michael Thomas. D is decent.
    3. Carolina Panthers. 9-7 McCaffrey is a fraud. Cam is good but not great. tough division.
    4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 6-10. QB situation is chaos. Not the best roster talent on top of that.

    AFC SOUTH
    1. Indianapolis Colts. 10-6. Andrew Luck. When he's healthy, they can win even with a horrible roster.
    2. Jacksonville Jaguars. 8-8. Yes, their D is still great, but their schedule really broke well for them last year.
    3. Houston Texans. 7-9. That defense is a shadow of it's former self, and Watson has to stay healthy AND teams that can keep him in the pocket will beat him.
    4. Tennesee Titans. 5-11. Mariotta sucks. Overall roster talent isn't very good. again, won't benefit from two games of Jacoby Brisset and Tom Savage.

    NFC WEST
    1. LA Rams. 11-5. Too much talent not to win it. Goff and Gurley with some regression.
    2. Arizona Cardinals. 9-7. Enough talent to compete...
    3. Seattle Seahawks. 7-9. Seems like their roster is full of other teams early round draft failures...Pete Carrolls last year.
    4. San Francisco. 5-11. I don't beleive in Jimmy Garropollo. McKinnon being out for the year doesn't help...

    AFC WEST
    1. CHIEFS. 11-5. Cheifs were 5th in offense, yet one of the worst red zone teams in the NFL last year. Alex SMith only completed 44% of his red zone attempts. The D was bad and we still won 10 games. If you don't think Mahomes can't improve on the above stats, and that the D might be even slightly better, then I can't help you.
    2. LA Chargers. 9-7. Team is loaded with talent...I think Rivers shows his age this year. No homefiled advatntage.
    3. Denver Broncos 8-8. Added a journeyman QB to a 5-11 team...good for a 3 game improvement. That D is living off it's reputation at this point.
    4. Las Vegas Raiders. 4-12. They probably weren't going to be a big threat WITH Mack...and they aren't a threat without him.

    Playoffs
New England, Pittsburg, Indianapolis, KC, Chargers and Bengals AFC. Chiefs win AFC

Cowboys, Vikings, Falcons, Rams, Saints, Eagles. Vikings win NFC

Super Bowl. Chiefs over Vikings (again)

    These were my favorites ...

. Cincinatti Bengals 8-8. Some good players, but Dalton has some games where he drops off a cliff. Running game will be disappointing.

Arizona Cardinals. 9-7. Enough talent to compete...

  7. Just curious here..currently at work so I'm not doing a deep dive into past draft picks, but have the Bills drafted a player in the first round they haven't had on a visit, met with or a private work out etc.? Realistically I see the Bills getting Oliver if he falls, Jonah Williams or trading back, but if I was Beane I'd take TJ Hockenson. He'd be a good fit and would be the go-to red zone and safety net for Allen. I also see a lot of analysts are mocking him to the Bills... but I just can't see the Bills drafting a TE that early. Also I haven't seen any news on the Bills actually meeting with him. Thoughts?

That's all inference on your part. And I'd be willing to bet that Beane has spent just as much time on the road as Whaley ever did. Go find me a recent interview or article with Beane where he's not either on the road, just back from the road, or just about to set out on the road.

Fairburn did an article last year in the Athletic of a weekend in the life of Beane going to 2/3 college games in one weekend and making it back to Buffalo for the Bills game, he definitely does his fair share of scouting & road work. As for culture, you have to be blind if you don't see a change in the culture and resulting play from the Bills.. I don't see any players being suspended for substance abuse (Dareus) and seems like everyone is on the same page about competing every day to reach the team long term goals. We knew one of these years with a new regime was going to be a down year to cut the crap from the roster/ get hopeful franchise/long term QB and it happened to be the year after the playoffs. Happy where this team is headed and can't wait for an exciting draft with a GM who goes after players he wants!

Yup. I just have a hunch it's Oliver. The other's will cost a bit more to move up from; for Oliver you need to go to maybe 6 or 7. McD was right there all in Oliver's drill yesterday & he has unreal athleticism, which is what they talk about with both Allen & Edmunds.

Oliver could very well be there at 9, my guess is they trade up try and grab one of the elite TE's. If numerous QBs are taken round 1 then Fant could possibly drop to late first round/early second. Oliver and Fant would be two great additions.

  10. I watched the game and thought he looked pretty good. Strong downhill runner that breaks tackles. SDSU was ranked 8th best running D in terms of YPG allowed at 103.8. It says it was updated by all games played through 12/19 so not sure if it includes this bowl game.

You know bills fans are crazy when they will bet a few hundred straight up during pats week. Boggles the mind.

Well I know YOU are crazy...obviously have no life and a lot of time on your hands to come onto this Bills forum to put down the Bills.

I understand this must be tough for you.. Week 16 and the Pats haven't clinched the AFC East yet.. Please come back around next year when you're even worse

Must be a horrible feeling knowing that as soon as Bill / Tom retire the pats are going to be garbage :)
