2M for a good locker room guy and decent pass blocking back. Not the next signing I expected but I'll take it.

OL and WR would be two areas I would try and address and if no one if there worth taking then go BPA at DT,LB, CB jmo.
-
That's a freezing cold take
-
If we somehow can keep both of our second rounders I would be glad to take him with one of them the dude is a stud.
-
Let the Giants take Barkley at 2, we can work a trade for 4 and save a little bit of capital in the process.

Kerley is a slot receiver type. He's pretty small and lacks speed. He's not going to win may foot races on deep routes, but he's very quick and can get separation underneath.
A receiver who can get separation is really what our WRs were lacking.

If we trade up to 4 and take Allen while Rosen slides all the way to 9 I'm gonna be very annoyed.

This hurts.
Staying put at 12 just became a bigger possibility.
I still hope we trade up, though.
I still think a trade up is coming, however I think it is less likely we trade up to 2 and more likely we wait and see what QB falls and snag them at 6-9 range. But we have to trade up and get a QB no matter how many holes we have.
-
Price or Ragnow has to be a priority now.
-
We need to go up and get a franchise QB, we have to. With that being said, I certainty would not mind using our best pick left on an O-Linemen. We have to protect our investment (especially Rosen), we just can't let him get murdered by a combination of Groy ( a natural center) and Mills on the right side of the line. Someone like a Billy Price or Ragnow in the second round would be a big help for us.
-
Wow, was hoping he would go to the Cardinals but when I saw he was visiting with the Pats I knew the writing was on the wall.
-
If we are giving up 4+ picks to get our franchise QB, let's make sure he is ready to play before we throw him to the wolves, even if it means him missing most or all of next year.
-
Maybe they are just trying to shed some salary to give Gronk the money so he stays and they don't make any blockbuster trade. Wishful thinking I know, but the draft can not come fast enough that is for sure!!

As good as it sounds on the surface I almost think it might hurt us....Giants would then take a qb as well as the Jets...if the Browns take Darnold Giants would likely pass on a qbQBs
The thing with Allen going 1st is that our whole draft depends on what Denver does at 5 (if Cleveland stays true that they won't trade down)
I personally don't want to have our whole franchise outlook depending on Elway, but that's just me, so you are right it could end up hurting us. -
God that would be awesome but I don't buy it.
-
It's a failure unless it is a ridiculous asking price, and by ridiculous I mean over a 100% premium on a pick JMO.
-
Mayfield at like 7 would be the best scenario but I wouldn't mind trading up to 2 and getting Rosen

2013 has to be the worst QB class in a long ass time.
Geno Smith
EJ Manuel
Mike Glennon
jesus.
And of course that's the year the Bills try and get a franchise guy

He is a stud but I don't know if he will make it to 53 and if we trade up for a QB I don't want to trade up again unless it is a really good player left on the board.

If he’s as good as i believe he could be it will be for ten years.
Yea I agree with you there but if he ends up with the Jets or somehow the Dolphins that he has some of those concerns come to life.

I’ve accepted we won’t be able to draft him. Jets moving to three killed us.
Hopefully Mayfield is the next target. Still have to face Rosen twice a year. Ugh...
If Hughes and Murphy can get a good pass rush he will be a sitting duck in the pocket at least.
-
Trade up to 4 for Mayfield.
-
A very good sign but I don't want to get my hopes up in case we can't get him or pass over a trade-up for him.

Davis is a much more proven player. So no, He is not better. Will likely be cheaper and maybe has some upside. Minimum salary type player.
Davis only made 1M or 1.1M last year, I am thinking it is the fact that he could have more potential that attracts McBeane. I don't know very much about Fede, guess it is time to do some research on him.
