We had a top 5 WR with Diggs and didn’t make a SB.  That should tell you that it’s not worth that much to get a WR.  Chiefs just won a SB with what everyone said was the worst WR group in the NFL.  
 

It’s crazy to me how much some of you want to give up for a WR.  I get maybe giving our first next year to get Odunze, Nabers, or Thomas now that we have another 2 seconds next year, but that really should be our max given how good this draft is for WRs.

i never said I wanted this. I’m speculating as to whether or not Beane might want to do this and possibly had it arranged before he traded Diggs.

I was just thinking about how Beane wouldn't have traded Diggs without a plan in place.  I started thinking that would be very difficult because it's hard to know who will be available even if we traded up to pick 9 with the Bears.  No guarantee that the top 3 WRs would even be still on the board.  But.....what if Beane and Schoen already have a deal for the 6 pick?  If you think about it, Schoen was here when we traded the 10th pick (Mahomes sigh) for the 27th pick and a first the next year.  And we used that to get Josh.  Schoen knows he needs a QB but doesn't really have the chance to get one of the top 4 this year without mortgaging the future.  

 

So what if Schoen is looking to acquire extra ammo for 2025 draft so they can move up next year for their "Josh Allen".  We could package something like this year's first, fourth and fifth, plus our first and Minnesota's second next year.  That would be pretty close in value on the Rich Hill chart.  It would still allow NYG to grab a top WR at 28, pick up some extra picks this year, but then have two 1s and a very high 2 next year to get their QB.

 

Am I crazy for thinking that they may have already discussed/agreed on something like this?  It would basically ensure we get one of Nabors/MHJ/Odunze.

That math doesn't math at all

There are different 'draft pick trade value charts'.  Remember, the Bills traded the 10th pick to KC in the Mahomes trade for a swap of picks, a 3rd rounder and next year's first rounder.  The "Rich Hill Trade Chart" is supposedly the most accurate.

I’d not do it during a meaningful game where I simply had to follow the game and see the action.

Hi, I wanted to see if anyone has ever had the pre/post game sideline field passes.  Is it worth the money?  Do you get to meet any players?  Just trying to decide if it’s an experience that is worth paying the extra money for.  Thanks!

Also, I have our tickets, but what's the best thing to do for parking on game day?  Do I need to buy anything ahead of time?

I looked up his misses from his Senior year.  He had 8 misses.  They were from 53, 48 (blocked), 48 (blocked), 46, 43, 41, 33 and 32 yards.  Considering the distance and the blocks, you can really factor out 4 of those (46 and beyond).  So only 4 'bad misses' during his Senior year.  Certainly a lot of potential.

Prior to the draft it would have been a slam dunk for Darnold.  I was a complete non believer in Allen.  But the last two weeks he's really starting to make me believe that he's the real deal.  I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much because I'm scared he's going to fall apart.  But for now, my vote is Allen.
