  2. Ah, you cant with them all and the Sabres were due for a loss like that....

Do the Sabres need some more players that can score goals? Yes...

Did anyone expect them to play this well and have our youth step up like this? No...

Every game is not sunshine and players sink. Miller has got alot of work the past couple of week without a break. They will rebound.

  3. Here's the 411 -

I met with a client that was here on business last night who knows Bill Cowher - very closely (friend of), he said he knew exactly what was going on with Cowher ................I was like do tell...........He said can't do it.............after a few brews and a trip to the local strip club with a few dances he let on.........

Bill has simply told the Bills he will think about the offer and let them know..................He hasn't said anything to them since.................that is why Ralph Wilson came out and said he doesn't know if Bill is interested or not.........there was multiple "short" meetings and an offer.................

Bottom Line - Bill has left the Bills wide open!

take it for what it's worth and no bashing - my source said he had some said to keep it secretly....he doesn't want his name out there..........

Are you talking to your clients through the "glory hole" again?

  4. I think we will see the last coach hired of the Buffalo Bills that we know today. This team is sad and we are haunted by a owner who is lost his mind back in the early 90's. They will be gone after this next disaster.

This team will never get back to being a contender. Lots of fans do not have that passion for the Bills anymore and after the FA period, you will see people bail for the door. There will be no Owens to save the day for the season ticket holders. Yeah, the Bills sell out, so what? Most people go for the gameday parties and to get railed.

Same crap, different year. I quit buying into it after the whole Doug Flutie playoff situation. Ralph should not own this team, bottom line. Nobody wants to manage, coach, or play for the Buffalo Bills.

A sad situation and not fair for the people and fans of this team. Most loyal fanbase in the NFL and it would wreck the city if they left. I think its a dead situation anymore and this coaching situation is straight moronic. Ralph said he was going to open his pocketbook for a coach? Id like to see those offers!

  5. Yeah, I'm enjoying the ride but realistically don't expect them to get past Crosby come playoff time. Even if they ended up top seeded by a significant margin. They had their truly golden opportunity when they lost to Carolina in the conference finals. Now there is a two-time conference champ lead by a young superstar......until proven otherwise everyone else is playing for second place in the East. Really can't be upset about it, the NHL is all about superstars and dynasties.

But imagine if the Sabres had gotten Crosby(or even Ovechkin). Damn lottery. The Bills would be an afterthought.

Crosby is one person and he no way near the "Next Great One" He is a good player and great at times but not always special. He lets his emotions get the best of him and crys like a whore paid in pennies. The rest of that team is not playing well and the chemistry is not there.

One or two trades to get some more scoring power (trade Vanek)... And we got a shot!

  6. Steve "Dr. Death" Williams lost his battle with cancer last night, as he passed away at the age of 49. I know the cancer came back this year and his health had worsened in the last few months. No other details on the death are available at this time.

Williams was considered one of the top wrestlers in the world during the late 80s and early 90s. He formed two of the world's best tag teams with the late Terry Gordy and with Ted DiBiase Sr., as well as a notable team with current WWE Vice President of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis. He was in particular a major star in the 90s for All Japan Pro Wrestling. He was recruited into pro wrestling by Bill Watts and was the 1982 Rookie of the Year. Watts discovered him at the University of Oklahoma, where he was a star lineman on the football team and a four-time All-American heavyweight wrestler. Many of his peers in wrestling over the years had believed if he had not played college football and concentrated on wrestling, that he would have been a strong candidate for an Olympic gold medal in 1984 or 1988.

  7. What do the Bills a Steelers have in common? (Besides being blue-collar)

They're both the only teams to lose to the Browns this year.

What is happening to this team? There have been injuries but this is shocking to see, especially after they took home the Lombardi last year.

This month is the yearly "NFL team pick a twin month". The Steelers picked the Bills...

  8. Look, you guys need to relax and play things out.

This is whats going to happen

On 2012 there will be a huge Nuclear war and most major cities will be wiped out (to include LA). The Bills will stay put due to a huge flea market on the old Aud site and the great tax revenue that Thrift and Liquor stores will generate downtown. Ralph will be frozen in carbonite so the IRS can not consider him dead, so minus the tax. Ralph's wife will sell the team to Travis Henry who will want the Bills to stay in Buffalo because 11 of his 15 children live here and he wants to be close.

Thats the way I look at things
