  1. 1. Nope

    2. Eh... official answer is Yes, but you'll be alright

    3. Don't black out and not remember the game you're paying big $$$ to attend. Don't be a douche to opposing fans. Go see Pinto Kenny - take a bowling ball shot and watch him receive his ketchup (what time is this happening?) exclusively at Hammer's Lot. Oh, and go early into the stadium... plan to leave Hammer's at 7:30pm (don't miss kickoff).

Is the Pinto Kenny tailgate open to everyone?

    Fee?

  2.

I understand that--as I said in my post, I think the team is being unnecessarily frugal. He is not, however, going to make less money overall. He's going to make less money this year. He's going to make more money than Jalen Ramsey from their respective first contracts.

IMO offset language is a stupid fight for both teams--to me, it's like the team saying they think they could've made a mistake, and the player saying that he thinks he may not play well enough to get his 5th year option.

If I'm the team, and I'm looking to make a concession, I'd give in and say "okay, no offsets". That way, you get the contract done and you probably get the player to defer at least a portion of his upfront cash.

    Ok, so we agree.

  3.

No, he's slated to make less money immediately. The entire contract is guaranteed; it's all about when he gets the money.

His camp is saying that they want a greater portion of the cash flow now, so that he can start earning interest that will help him carry the burden of the state tax he has to pay on his income.

Correct. Which is a pretty big deal for a rookie.

Other teams, like Jacksonville, have structured it to be player friendly.

  4. Once again I get to put up with the derelicts and low life's attending the Two Bills Drive Tailgate Party. As always Parking choices are "Prime" party area (limited parking) or "General" parking. If you would like "Prime" or "General" spot(s) please post 1prime or 1general spot. Please post est. arrive time also. Parking start and holding of spots time to be determined, more info to come. And most importantly, to make parking easier PLEASE have and show when you arrive, a large easy to read sign with TBD & your parking choice (P or G) on it. Also tell use your TBD name so we can cross it off the LL List Thank You, I remain Hammered a Lot.

    Hi Hammer.

Do you have space for an RV for the home opener? (I'm assuming RV's will be allowed to stay the night)

    Estimated TOA: 9am Thursday morning.

    Thanks.

  5. I 100% agree my man. I used to think sitting at the 50 yard line at around row 12-14 would be the best viewing of the game at the Ralph until I actually sat there 3 years ago. I almost got into a fight (with a Bills fan) who told me to sit down while our team was playing defense. It was 1st and 10 (not 3rd down defense) but I don't care. To me every down on defense is just as intense as 3rd down defense. So the guy behind me told me to sit down and I yelled at him and told him to stand up and I was 2 more words out of his mouth away from officially sitting him down until I came to my senses and unfortunately sat my ass down (kind of, I just kind of sat on top of my seat that was lifted up) and continued watching the game.

Last week against the Colts I sat at section 137 and man we were HYPE! But not only us though... The whole stadium stood up the entire game. I loved it man. But yeah I will never sit by the 50 ever again. 20 yard line or lower best suits my character and the way I wanna cheer more. It shouldn't be that way imo because this is football and not baseball. If you like to sit and watch games, go to a baseball game or just stay at home. If you're elderly or have a handicap then I completely understand why you can't stand. But if you're capable to stand and just don't because you like the comfort of sitting down, then I think a football game is the wrong venue for that. Clearly just my opinion so don't take any offense (to those who like to sit).

The whole stadium did not stand the entire Colts game.

  6. I second this question. Camped out there like 10 years ago on a Saturday night and I recall paying for the spot with late night pizza. My memory is a little foggy. I'll be out there by 8:30am, so is that early enough if there are first come spots? Thanks.

I get to the Ralph around 9am and Hammer's is almost always packed by then.
