Because its Thursday night? Do we know if they have a bye week?
Hilarious.... But when your 0-4 and having the worst defensive season in franchise history over the past three decades, I think it is safe to say your starting safety being a TV analyst on ESPN isn't the best decision. Bye week or not. Maybe he should be watching his own game film instead of dissecting highlights for opposing teams.

Serious question... I have never seen anything of the sort. Can you imagine being 0-4 on the season and your STARTER mid week talking about other teams and players on ESPN as an analyst? Asinine indeed.

They were horrible on 3rd downs....They were giving up 1st downs on 3rd and Looooooong all day....
Wrong game. Defense had one bad let up in the 4th quarter on 3rd down.. but other than that they were solid. Cleveland 7-17 for 3rd down on the game. We have seen much worse. On the whole, our D definitely held their own tonight.

What do you guys think? I have to say Kiko's hurdle on the goal line and Alex Flanagan were bright spots.

A vet would be an upgrade over a rookie? Shocking!
Although it depends on which Freeman you're getting. This year's version or last year's.
Yeah another one of those 25 year old "veterans" .
-
And you are a downgrade for starting a new topic when there are already a few out there on the subject
Really? I did not see the thread titled "Freeman is an upgrade"
-
Right Now, Josh Freeman would be an upgrade at the quarterback position, even with a healthy EJ. Our defense has made enough plays to keep us in games. It has been the offense and more specifically the quarterback position that is keeping us from winning. EJ may be better in the long run but in a win now league, Freeman would instantly produce more wins for this team.

Right now he would be an upgrade to EJ and Tuel

All he did was speak the truth about Buffalo's sub par female talent.
-
He doesnt look big enough to play LB in the NFL to me...Im sure his real weight is nowhere close to his listed weight
Not directed at you specifically but cue the Aaron Maybin comparisons.
Same "listed" size as Von Miller. Lets pass on another young defensive stud because of the moronic size factor.

After being a part of this team for several years, how does this front office convince players like Levitre, Byrd, McKelvin, and Jones to resign with this team, let alone Wood and Spiller for next year? This team may be starting from scratch if these players walk.We certainly can't afford to lose Levitre and Byrd this year and the Bills never use the Franchise tag. What happens if these players walk. I am even worried about losing McKelvin and Jones. We can't afford to lose our best punt returner in McKelvin and like it or not he is better than A. Williams, Rogers and Brooks as far as I can see. McGee is done. Graham won't be able to replace Jones either. We are going to spend next year's draft replacing the pieces we lose in free agency. This team may not be able to improve with the draft next year if they lose these pieces.
Next year gets even more concerning when Wood and Spiller decide to opt out and try free agency. Why would Spiller want to resign with this team after the way he was utilized.
Why would they leave? A pay check here is a pay check elsewhere. That is if our price beats the other teams price. Alot of fans think these guys truly give a damn about a winning organization.
