Go lower. Like onto the field.

Josh was dumping off to Singletary and Cook the first 4-5 games, as designed, and they were starting to light it up. Our offense was clicking. Then he just stopped. Folks can blame it on the elbow injury, and that may be the case. But we did start the season throwing to the RBs, and they were still there and wide open underneath the rest of the season. We just stopped throwing it to them and instead bombed it out for low percentage throws.

After week 9 it stopped cuz Josh couldn't make those short precise throws because of the elbow he was a lot more hurt than we all knew and it's been explained multiple times he couldn't make the short accurate throws because of the strain and stress it put on the UCL and long throws don't need that

I highly doubt OBJ is willing to sign that contract.

As to a doctor's examination telling how well a player returning from an ACL will play, I don't know if that is possible.

You are speculating that OBJ will be somewhere between 80-90% with his play, but I see no evidence YET that he can.

I guess if you were a GM you'd do a deal, I on the other hand wouldn't until I seen he can play this year.

And that is perfectly fine everyone is allowed to have their own opinions on the subject and I respect yours but this offense needs a number 2/3 receiver. hey they don't get OBJ fine go try to get Beasley out of retirement and sign him for the playoffs knows the system etc... but they need that one more piece that allows get open underneath because teams right now are stopping the big plays against us with 2 deep safties and yes David has had trouble with drops this year but look at how open he was with that underneath guy.  In this offense it won't matter who the underneath guy is if you can get that piece because they are constantly moving guys around from outside to inside so one play it could be diggs in the slot and davis or OBJ on the outside it's all about creating mismatches

I’m just glad you’re not in charge of our teams money

Why because I would manipulate the cap and try to get the best players here for us just like BBB is doing?

He doesn't have to.  Same goes for the teams.  Do they have to sign him because he says he will be ready?  It's a "buyer beware" situation.

As to the contract terms, I see it the other way around.  The amount he wants goes down every day he can't perform.  How could it go up?

But that's the thing it's not just his word he had a physical if the deem him fit and in the right stage in recovery/rehab the bills have the luxury of waiting for him until the playoffs and on a smaller scale the cowboys do as well. The giants are done this weekend if they lose which most likely they will to the eagles. And I think if they can do an incentive laiden contract which pays him his 12 to 15 mil that doesn't hurt our cap and make the contract look bigger than it actual is then what's the harm? He blows out his knee in the playoffs or super bowl he only gets x salary etc... but to not want a 80 to 90% Beckham is just dumb. You do what you can to add everything you can to win at the end of the year and next year and the year after, the cap will take care of itself with beane watching it and knowing what he can and can't do.

I'm caught up on this thread and seeing what OBJ's expected timeline for return is, nothing has changed with me.

I can't see signing any player until I see that he can work out to a satisfactory level.

If he expects to be ready for the playoffs, he should be able to work out a few weeks earlier.  So come back to town

and show us when that happens.  If he is too fragile to do that before the end of the month, he's not worth it for this year, IMO.

The ball has been in his court this whole time on his recovery, it's not the other way around.

Why workout so he can accidently mess up his knee before he's getting paid? I mean I personally am ok with listening to team doctors training staff etc... if everything were to check out I would sign him obviously try to get him on a team friendly deal not to many guarantees etc...

  5. I wish he would have worded what he said a little different but he did also say if he was needed he could play but he doesn't see the point and I don't blame him coming off his 2nd acl tear ur being brought in to help win a super bowl this year along with having him for atheist 1 to 3 years more why would I want to go out there and put my body on the line for a team that will for sure make the playoffs when like he said he wants to get into a stable situation and come in at 6 am and leave at 6 pm and start his routine just cuz he isn't playing doesn't mean he isn't working out with the team or training or practicing just not playing in games

Though if he goes there, he what maybe plays a game or two with them before next year where who even knows if Barkley is even still there?

Oh I agree I think he is stupid if he chooses the wish.com version of JA and with not knowing if saquon will even be there he wants his best chance to win he should come here they may not even make the playoffs. They will lose to the eagles this week and be on the outside looking in especially now with Barkley hurt

  7. With what OBJ said tonight on the shop I think he is going back to the Giants well that was fun while it lasted would have been a nice addition but we have an amazing team and can't wait to see what Josh Alien and the rest of this team can do for the rest of the year and hopefully it ends in a super bowl victory

Somewhere someone posted that Jordan poyer said something about OBJ being in buffalo...but then said it may have been accidental. I realize as I was typing this that it sounds so "nothing" but who knows maybe poyer slipped up and said something true here. Who knows. I just want it to be over one way or another. I'm drawn in and such a victim. Lol

Lol I totally agree I'm killing my phone battery refreshing TBD and Twitter lol just tell us if ur gonna ride with us to the Super Bowl or lose in the first round with Dallas or the Giants

He didn't run or workout for anyone. Sounds like buying a used car w/o a test drive bc the owner says trust me.

You have never bought a used car and had your own mechanic look at it and trust what he says cuz that's what the bills did with his knee they are trusting their doctors and mcdermott even said in the rich eisen show they are comfortable with where his knee is

  10. Not saying he isn't signing with Dallas or even gonna sign anywhere this year but I think Jerry releasing that stuff on the radio today is giving them an out as to why they chose not to sign him and Jerry doing typical Jerry things would have most likely kept that quiet and would have been bragging on the radio that they were excited for him to be there when I think he is just being cheap again. Thought he would give them a discount because who the cowboys are just my thoughts

  11. Von miller on twitch just said OBJ said it was an A+ visit he had an amazing dinner last night toured facilities today had an amazing visit loves Toronto and he wanted to give him the respect of no comments at all today to let him do his visit in peace. Now it's just a wait and see

  12. i think you have to add tremaine edmunds to this list as well they will have to leave an RB in to chip or double team whoever on the DL so its going to free him and milano up to make more plays. i hope to see edmunds play more instinctual now that he wont have to decide where things are coming from and he can just go make plays and should hopefully allow him to take that next step from pro bowl player to elite all pro LB
