  1. Every Big game he gets exposed for his horrible coverage skills. He is always a half of step behind. He nearly single handily cost them the conference championship against the Falcons last year and in my estimation was one of the big reasons they lost the Super Bowl. Teams seem to know to go after him in the playoffs.

The only thing that gets him to the pro bowl is his big mouth. I'll never forget him getting absolutely truckd by Sammy Morris against New England. If anyone has a clip of that it would be great. So here's to you Lil Donte for being a failure at the game of football and costing your team many more games!

Loser, get over it. Donte is in the playoffs, and you live in Buffalo. Who has the better life?

  2. BB will be tainted by spy gate (or should be).

In the last 25 yrs (since 1989), I think unfortunately jimmy Johnson has to get some consideration. as does marv levy and bill cowher.

Marv Levy? Seriously? He got out coached in 4 Super Bowls and you only mention JJ? What about Purcells and Gibbs? Marv in Canton is really a joke.

  3. My top 5:

    1. Montana - Most amazing QB I have ever seen, he made plays happen i never thought were possible back then.

    2. Brady/Mannin -- not doing the debate so tied for 2, def 2 the best ever.

    4. Marino --- Guy had the fastest release I have ever seen.

    5. Kelly --- He was snake bit by facinf some of the best D the league ever seen, and he started the hurry up that almost every team uses

Kelly couldn't even get into the top 5 with his contemporaries!

    Marino

    Elway

    Aikman

    Young

    Montana

they were all better than Kelly. All-time it would be tough, but you could, get him in the top-20-that's it.

You mean like the crowds we had in the playoff years of the 1990s. Like the great Houston come back game ? The playoff game that was blacked out in Buffalo because the great Buffalo fans could not sell out the game. Like the multitude of great Buffalo fans that gave up on the team and left that game early. It's a complete myth that Buffalo has great fans; even with our Super Bowl teams we had low season ticket sales and trouble filling seats. That's the reality.

Well said. Love the myth of the great Buffalo fan base. I was at the

Sat home playoff game, a blackout against Jax, the place was a morgue.

  5. I am late posting this, but something was wrong with my account. I attended the Jacksonville game this year, and it was my first live game because I am from VA. I was proud to be a fan on this day as we Bills fans swamped the stadium. I had on my OJ jersey, and I'm wondering who on this board I stumbled across at the game. By the way...Playoffs next year!!!

    Go Bills!!!

Great, sported a murderer's jersey. Classy.

  6. I'd rather be a dolphin fan then eagle fan. The eagles are good this year but really won't go far in the playoffs IMO. They are in a weak conference so they're lucky but IIRC they're about to be in salary cap hell

The fins on the other hand have disorganization and chaos wrt to the locker room but the pieces are there.

The NFC is a weak conference???? The Cardinals won 10 games and didn't get a WC. SF and NO were only wild cards and they are better than any AFC team.

    meant division

    Ok that makes sense

  7.

Because their team has no heart.

Remember when the Bills had a shot at the playoffs and lost to the Steelers backups like 10 years ago to keep them out? That was a shameful day.

Dolphins fans should be similarly ashamed.

Their team has no discipline and their dysfunctional locker room gave us the Incognito mess.

And the Bills have a ton of heart, just look at the Steeler and Tampa game. Too funny.

Their team has no heart, wasting their chance at the playoffs with two very lackluster and uninspired performances.

Philbin is not working out, and neither is Tannehill. The Dolphins can't differentiate themselves from the lowly Jets or Bills, and are miles from challenging the Patriots.

  8. Yes, he would just jump at the chance of coming to Buffalo. No one wants any part of this crappy ownership situation, the uncertainty of whether the team will leave, or living in WNY. There is a reason they can only get a Syracuse coach. Maybe in a few years they can attract the Bowling Green staff.

  9.

Holy hyperbole. I would venture a guess that the Browns are the laughingstock (firing ANOTHER coach--after 1 year!), followed closely by the Lions who were 6-3, with 5 of 7 remaining games at home AND all 3 division foes playing with backup QBs and finished 7-9.

Or maybe its the Redskins who traded the farm to STL for the #2 overall pick in 2012 (including their 2014 1st rounder). Whom they shut down at the end of the season. And what pick did that 2014 1st rounder become? ONLY #2 OVERALL!

    But that's just me.

At least Cleveland has been to the playoffs this century. As for firing Chud, probably a good move. The Bills will wait three years to fire Marrone. He is such a joke.

  10. I have no idea whether the players like playing for Marrone, or whether they are playing hard for him, but I have been disappointed with Marrone in his first season as our head coach. Other first year head coaches had significant impacts on their new teams, including Arians and Kelly, but Marrone was only able to match our poor record from last year. The defense improved significantly from last year, but I am not sure how much input Marrone has on the defense. Hackett seemed in over his head, and the special teams regressed this year. The team played poorly away from home. Our QB play was well below average.

Overall, I need to see more from Marrone. Nothing stood out about him this year (or, for that matter, in his game planning or preparation). I really do not want to go through the next couple of years hoping EJ and our head coach can develop over time.

Marrone is in over his head. He is a joke. We are the laughing stock of the NFL. Let's hire a head coach from ......Syracuse??????

Been watching the Falcons/Panthers game closely today, and I wholeheartedly disagree. In fact, they (Panthers) just had TWO drive opportunities late in the 4th qtr to put the game away, and it was 3 and out both times.

ETA: The Falcons are really bad too. LOL

Not Cam's fault the coaching staff went conservative and put the game into the D's hand. I guess you missed that throw he made to Olson, what a dart. But you watched the whole game, you must be right.
