I think Gabbert will be the first one off the board and then Darius at #2. Bills should get some good offers to move down with Newton still on the board and I pray they move or pick anyone else. I wouldn't mind Gabbert at all if there, but would love Darius or Miller with Dalton, Kap or Ponder at #34. I would also be ok if they end up grabbing Gabbert to get Rudolph at #34, then all defense. I think Troup, Carrington and Moats will all turn on this year under Dave W.

He is up to 250 according to his twitter account...for what it's worth. Fact is the guy is a footballer with a great work ethic and leadership skills based on the numerous articles out there. If Dareus is not there at 3 then Miller should be the pick. Please, Please don't take Cam Newton!!!!!!!! Cam Newton = Vince Young, and he is essentially a one year wonder. The success stats for one year wonders are not good throughout the league let alone our own little experiment with Maybin.

I think the lockout will drive away some fair weathered fans, but the majority will be salivating like pavlov's dog waiting for the season to get going. I hate it and consider both groups to be culpable, but hell, nobody is making tough decisions or compromising these days. Except congress of course! I am so glad they have worked so hard to finally pass a budget that doesn't spend more than it brings in.......wait a minute......oh, sorry, that was my wife reining in our budget. Whew, thank God, I was heading outside to watch pigs fly.

If the Bills do go offense at #3 I hope it is for Green, not Gabbert. Like another poster said, the average QB's best friend is a great receiver (and TE as well). I would rather see Miller if he is there, then QB @ 34, either Kap or Dalton, then TE in the third. Realistically, I think they will go BPA in a designated need area. You could argue that DL, LB, future QB, TE, OL are all "need improvement " areas. It is hard to imagine drafted anything other than defense at 3 since if your heart is set on a QB at least one good one will be there at 34.

Great article thanks for the post! There is something about Dalton that just seems right; late second or in the third though. Intangibles like Flutie except he can actually see his receivers over the line.

uhh, thanks?

I truly hope that we go defense for the first two picks!!!! We absolutely need a DE that can hold the point of attack allowing a new LB draftee to either pass rush or stop the run. I would definitely love if they traded up into the mid-late second to pull the trigger on Kap, Dalton or Mallet but I think too many teams are enamored with Ponder. I also think someone will pull the trigger on Mallet early as well as he has drawn comparrisons of Marino.
Why Ralph Sold 30% Of The Bills In 2010...

Wow; that came out of left field. What does that have to do with Ralph potentially unloading 30% of the Bills?
