I guess you need to clarify because to me at least "making sure we have the horses" means upgrading the position.

If you are talking depth then sure it wouldn't hurt to grab an upgrade over Moss if there is one available, but it sounds more like you don't think Singletary has the horses to be the guy when the wind is blowing.

I literally say it’s not about upgrading Singletary in the post. Not sure how to make it more clear.

A couple of options worth exploring are:

    1.  improving interior offensive line

    2. improving interior offensive line

    3. improving interior offensive line

    4. improving right tackle

    5. improving interior offensive line

And if you run Singletary into the ground you are still screwed, because he’s the only competent RB on the roster.

What is the obsession with adding RBs when Singletary is playing perfectly fine?  Is this like a Fred Jackson thing?  Every year there is someone they are trying to replace him with?

It’s like you didn’t read my post at all.

  3. Now that McCaffrey is off the market, I think it’s time to get serious about adding a RB.  A lot of people think it’s about replacing or upgrading Singletary, but to me, it’s about making sure we have the horses to win a game like we lost vs. New England last year. If we lose in the playoffs because the wind is gusting 50 mph in January and we can’t pass the ball, we are going to be kicking ourselves for not bolstering this position.

A couple of options that might be worth exploring:

    Antonio Gibson

    David Montgomery

    James Robinson

I think each could be available for a mid-round pick, and imo it would be totally worth it.

My Buddy who is not a Bills fan, but knows football, watched the game Sunday. His takeaway was Milano is the best LB he's seen this year.

That’s where I’m at. But he doesn’t get talked about with the Micah Parson’s of the world because we don’t blitz and he never plays with a hand down.

  5. Does not get the respect he deserves. Yeah, he dropped the pick 6 on Sunday, but he has been an absolute monster this year and should be getting All Pro hype.  He’s been by far the best player on this defense so far this year.  Annoys me that he doesn’t get the respect that other superstar players around the league get.

  6. Sad to see Howard go.  You may disagree with the flagship host opinions, but at least Schopp, Bulldog, Jeremy, and Howard all present and sound like pro broadcasters.

Sneaky Joe is young, but seems like he takes his craft seriously and is trying to improve.  I wish he wasn’t so onboard with the Mike Schopp track of thought, but that’s his mentor. Hopefully he grows his own thing.

Nate Geary… OMG. Is there anyone at the station that is offering him critiques?  Telling him to pump the breaks?  Loud, bombastic, interrupting, inserting himself when room to breathe is needed.  I actually frequently agree with his opinions, but the delivery is just soooooo grating.  I’m glad I’m not the only one. It needed to be said.

Paul seems like a nice enough guy, and I don’t typically like to disparage anyone for doing their job, but I absolutely cringe when they bring him on. I find that he says almost nothing. And when they give him an opportunity to be insightful/creative, he makes a basic/high-level point and then immediately says the same thing over again that he just previously said with a slightly different inflection as if it’s a new point and he didn’t just repeat himself. I always let out an audible “uuuggghhhh” ever time they say Paul is coming up next. I suppose he has his fans though, so to each their own.

Paul is the master of talking while saying nothing. And it seems like he doesn’t have any more access than the average fan, which is less than ideal for a beat reporter.
