  1. Give me a brake; we would not get much for Lynch to make it worth while. Were better off hoping Lynch stays out of trouble. There are too many holes on this team to create more, like all of hole the front office created last year.

( Since the Bills FO guys read this board in order to get good ideas. a place to post your suggestions for them.)

With all the shoot first mentality from this board the only reason the front office would read it is for a good laugh

  2. I know Tim doesn't write the headlines, but C'mon. To imply that Lynch won't be a Bill because of what Gailey said in Tim's article is a HUGE stretch of the imagination. No rational person could possible attribute Gailey's comments as suggesting Lynch could be traded. It's just absurd.

I agree he is just making something out of nothing.

  3. the only reason why i don't want JP to succeed is because it will just make our team look even more like a AAA football team

In the big picture who cares what this may make the bills look like for not developing JP into a NFL starter. I really feel JP showed class in Buffalo, and did every thing in his power to thrive as a QB. JP is a good person I wish him well.

  4. One of the best side effects of a regime change is that the new coaches and GMs have allegiance to no-one. This is a huge factor, as now draft and contract levels mean nothing and the players will now truly be judged on talent. This could be huge for players like Steve Johnson and Jonathan Stupar, and disastrous for players like McCargo and Hardy (not to say that Johnson and Stupar are going to start and McCargo and Hardy are going to be cut, just using them as an example). The playing field is now level and every position and roster spot (with the exception of the secondary) is up for grabs. The competition will definitely push this team to the next level...

This may be an exciting time for Buffalo Bills football, but with high hopes for team improvement we’ve been burned before. That being said I have to omit I’m enjoying this time of retooling or rebuilding that we’re in.

  5. Call it what you will, but this team is not as close as you think. Your thinking offers zero hope for sustained success. It is a process, though you might not like to hear this, it'll take 2-3 years.

You can cite instances of team's catching lightening in a bottle for a season, but I'm interested in becoming elite. One and done, I am not.

If this was a win now situation, more high profile coaches would have jumped at this. Teams like the Colts, Vikings, *Pats, etc. are in win now mode. They're built to do that. They're expected to do that.

We're not there. If done right, we could be...........in a few years.

    Amen brother, amen.
