  1. I'm moving down to westchester county area next week. I'm trying to see if we can survive without cable tv for awhile. Anyone got any tips on how to watch out of market bills games?

I read online that if you live in an area where you cannot access direct tv, you get get just Sunday ticket for~200 a season. My condo won't let us put up satellite so I'm going to try that.

Anyone got any other suggestions? Would it be possible to wAtch out of market bills games live on Verizon premium on the nfl app?

  2. Don't mean to hijack your thread but I'd like to post my queries here instead of starting a new thread.

We're moving down to the westchester county area next week. I think cable tv is a rip off and I'm going to try it without for a while. That being said I need to be able to watch the Bills. Any out of market fans got any tips? Gracias.

Can I watch out of market bills games on Verizon premium nfl app? What about Sunday ticket? I heard there was a loophole where you can get Sunday ticket if you live in an area where direct tv cannot be setup.

  3. I feel like it's important for rookies/second year players, new players signed to the team, and anyone playing for a new system.

I can see why vets in established systems might not get much from it though. But if a scheme is changing, or you're on a new team, do the work, it's an important investment.

In kinda related news....I was on a flight back from Chicago last week and DT Corbin Bryant ended up sitting in the aisle seat next to me. First thing the kid did was pull out his bills ipad and his notebook where he had written down plays and go over it for most of the plane ride. I hope he does well. This was a delayed flight that didn't take off until 11:30 pm and was close to 1 am by the we landed in buffalo.

He wasn't really all that talkative and just smiled and thanked me when I wished him luck. I was pretty suprised he sat in coach. He was definately uncomfortable all squeezed up into that tiny seat. Everytime he shifted about in his seat I thought the armrest would break!

Semi interesting edit: The pages in the notebook he kept going over were all labeled "stunts" from what I could see without creeping the guy out.

    @JoeBuscaglia

#Bills trying both TE Lee Smith and C Macky MacPherson at long snapper today.

Please tell me they are not trying to replace our HOF long snapper!

  4.

I had the opportunity to wait in a port a potty line with butler during marv levys hall of fame day. We talked for the few minutes, but then we both entered our respectvr toilets and when I came out, he was waiting to finish the conversation. It was before the event, so we eventually ended up bsing for a good 20 minutes about football and the bills. He was a good dude.

That was also the day that manny Fernandez allowed me to wear his perfect season Super Bowl ring. I loathe the dolphins but that was friggin cool.

Did you wash/sanitize your hands after??

  5. I happy that this "issue" has taken it's first step, just so it becomes a non-issue sooner.

Jeezus, look at the environmental problems happening all around us (and much worse throughout the world). Things that effect everyone (and their progeny) DIRECTLY.

Wait...was Sam also born on a landfill?? Hmmm. That might explain both the genetic and environmental pressures behind his homosexuality.

    J/k

  6. Clearly its a lifestyle choice. Didn't you read Tim's treatise on homosexuality? Were homosexuality a function of genetics it would have been phased out of the genome because any trait that is deleterious to the fitness of an individual is eventually phased out of the genome. Like albinism, dwarfism, sickle cell and everything else on this quick list of genetic disorders which also don't exist. http://en.wikipedia....netic_disorders

    well done.

  7. Here is what I see as interesting...men and women are not allowed in the same locker room naked because they are sexually attracted to each other...

So now there is a gay man who is sexually attracted to other men in a locker room full of naked men. I guess being gay has its privileges, lol

If sam was walking around his locker room this past year sporting a stiffie, I'm sure his teammates would not be as supportive as they have been. This is a total non issue. There are probably quite a few gay men who work out at your local gym. How many would you say walk around all at attention? Lol this is a total non issue.

  8. More on the golf incident. It's somewhat comical that someone could be so inappropriate:

The report states that the female volunteer told police that Incognito "used his golf club to touch her by rubbing it up against her vagina, then up her stomach then to her chest. He then used the club to knock a pair of sunglasses off the top of her head. "After that, he proceeded to lean up against her buttocks with his private parts as if dancing, saying 'Let it rain! Let it rain!'" the report states. "He finally finished his inappropriate behavior by emptying bottled water in her face."

Well you know what they say in Miami.....if you can't work your knub...don't hesitate to use your club.

  9. Eric Wood was on WGR and was asked about the whole hazing/ Incognito thing. To summarize:

    1. RI showed poor judgement and definitely crossed lines.

    2. Its up to veteran leaders to take care of such situations.

    3. "Rookie nights" can be fun, team building exercises.

    4. Has not experienced nor observed any serious rookie hazings as a Bill

    5. Must know when to take a step back if the hazee seems vulnerable and can not take the ribbing in spirit.

    6. This year the Bills gave the rookies bad haircuts. One of the rookies has eczema on his scalp and they decide to pull back on shaving this person's head since he seemed especially self conscious about it.

    7. As a rookie, Eric was invited by the O-line to a free dinner at a Rochester restaurant. He shows up to PF Changs to learn that the meal will be free for everyone but him. He ends up paying for the entire O-line. At the end of the meal, the waiter shows up with a dessert cart so they can each pick a dessert for the night. Langston Walker takes one look at the cart and goes, "Thats nice. Now bring us 4 carts"

  10. Can someone please tell me what all if these posts about Pat Moran and his daughters mean?

Ive seen them pop up a couple times through the years but don't understand them.

It all stems from Patrick Moran reporting that Merriman was caught smuggling steroids across the border a few years ago. Everyone questioned his sources and he decided that in lieu of concrete proof, it would suffice to swear on the life of his daughter. Needless to say the Buffalo Bills and the Border Police refuted all allegations and Moran issued some weird half hearted redaction/apologies.

More on that here, here and if you want the really juice stuff, here

  11. It's about time you questioned my football acumen but please don't question my character...it can be found in the link below. Perhaps you can find some character for yourself:
