I think that if Patrick Peterson fall to the Bills they should trade the pick to a team that would want him. I think that the Dallas Cowbows would trade. Jerry Jones loves to trade and would want the best one player in the draft. The Bill could end up with the good good bunch of picks and draft like this.
1.(9th) Von Miller OLB. He falls to Bills because of team needs ahead of him. WOW! Are luck has changed.
2.(34th) Akeem Ayers ILB. Holy cow Bills defense starting to look pretty good.
2.(40th from Dallas) Jake Locker QB. Would of been our 1st round pick last year. Could be a bust, but maybe not.
3.(68th) Chris Hairston OT. Blocked for Spiller at Clemson and hopefully be the OT this team needs.
4.(99th) Lance Kendricks TE. Falls to fourth because run on defense in early rounds.
4.(109th from Dallas) Shareece Wright CB. Need depth at position and good value at this spot
4.(121st from Seatle) Dom Decicco SS. Played at Pitt for Wanny.
5.(130th) Lawrence Guy DE. 3-4 Defense End.
6.(164st) Anthony Gray NT. Need Depth on the line.
7.(195th) Eddie Jones OLB. Depth at position.
7.(209th from Dallas) Stevan Ridley RB. Depth at position. Jackson is not the youngest guy.
I thought we would get a 2nd 4th and next year's first. You sold for a bad price.

Today's "Tank McNamara" takes a big jab at the Bills in the last frame. My link
I don't get it? Why would it be funny that the NFL franchise hopefuls in LA think they can amke more money in the parking lot if the team they steal is the Bills?

So when the salary cap comes back, we have more room to sign some guys than the other teams
No because NE, Wash, NJ(b), JerJones and the like will see that the cap is mighty high, without much revenue sharing.

So how many of these players are not worthy of the #3 overall pick by the Bills?
I have Bowers (too slow) and Miller (too small) off my Board. In my opinion our most important free agent is Florence. if we can't sign the fella back, then Prince or PPeterson wouldn't bother me. McGee is over the hill and Corner is too small.

Last year at the Opener (Tampa Bay) I by mistake left my car unlocked. I had a new GPS, an expensive suede jacket, music cds, important papers in the car. They were left as they were. All that was missing was my cooler containing ice, Heinekens and Coronas!
True, and how true.

Lynch would be a feature back with an NFL caliber O-line. Off-field issues aside, I don't get the hate for Marshawn. He plays with tremendous power and never quits. He's the best RB we have and I expect Gailey to maximize his talents.
True, until last year. I hope he comes back ready to power.

Adam Schein usually is an optimist regarding the Bills....he's usually wrong too
This is my thinking as well. If Adam, who is usually positive, has capitulated perhaps that is the sign that the turn around is coming. Same thing with that Draftnik character McGuire. He quit as well so that could be the signal that the turnaround is going to start.

My tthing with Josh is that he never caught a ball while moving, like in stride. He could go out, find a hole in the short zone and sit down there and hope whoever was playing QB would throw it into the breadbasket.
But Josh never caught one on the run and kept juking people, nor beat his man deep for a long gain.
I liked Josh and wish him well. I believe he was a bit of a disappointment. We picked him in the second round of the Mike Williams draft and the reason was that we didn't want to pay Peerless after the following season. Josh was, in T.D.'s theory, a replacement for the expensive Peerless. But he never developed into that, nor even close to being a Hines Ward type. But Josh was Josh and he was here the whole time we never made tyhe playoffs.

I took the hint from the 3 DE/LB's he drafted.

Isn't that James Hardy alma mater; and about where we drafted James? Probably not relevant, anything can happen

No, Campbell is just another 2nd stringer like Fitzy and Trent. He was downright terrible at times.
-
He won't get passed Cleveland. Holmgren is blowin' smoke up everybody's a**.
GO BILLS!!!
Did anyone hear the story out of Philadelphia that relates that the Eagles traded McNabb to Washington because they did not want to face Clausen twice a year for the next decade?

no that was Clarence the congressman, and his son Clarence (Clancy) the actor/voice in the Shawshank Redemption. I believe Levi Brown was actually a woman who masqueraded as a man while serving in the British Royal Navy from 1804-1816.
Maybe, but between Napolean and that damn colony across the sea I can't quite remember about those girl sailors. I thought Levi Brown was on Ot from Penn State who went in the top 10 a few years back?

Would you care to make a wager on this?
I think that Wood will be "pupped" at the start of next season. Then we won't know until Halloween if he can play in 2010. Then he will be in camp in July 2011, ready to fight again.
I hope to see him in 2010.
What is Nix up too?

Moats was decent at pressuring the passer, especially for a rookie. Moats cannot cover, he is a liability if the opposition designs a play to isolate him in coverage. The lack of on off season regimen was very detrimental to this type of player.
