Hey genius he was just providing a little evidence in the face of your unsubstantiated claim. Allen’s receivers did not drop an inordinate amount of balls. Course you “watched a few games” so you thought you knew better.
Has nothing to do with where they’ll be picked.
I'll own up to stats. Ok sure.. Stats do not tell the whole story though. You and I both know it. My point in the order is if those stats are everything than would you pick in the order that the stats layed out? Of course you would not. And would you pick Allan's receivers over the other QBs receivers. Probably not. If you don't like Allen because you say his completion % is bad, than go off the stats. That's your reasoning. To me. I see the guy with the most upside. He has a good arm. And is fast and can hit the Windows. If I were to just base a pick on stats, than I'm only basing the pick off of part of the story. He is a good pick.

Hilarious. Thank you for finding the stats.
Ohh and I'm sure that's the order that they will be picked in.

I think you assume that everyone is just harping on his completion percentage. And trust me, they are not.
Ball placement is being considered.
Watch any YouTube "vs" game of Josh Allen's, and I promise you will see multiple throws where he puts the ball high, low, short and behind. You will see him forcing his receivers to slow down or completely stop running. You will see him completely miss targets. Everybody has bad throws sometimes, but Allen very much reminds me of what we saw from EJ Manuel.
The most accurate NFL QBs (like Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers) have one thing in common. Muscle memory. They have excellent mechanics when delivering the ball, and it's identical every single time they have a chance to set their feet and deliver. Guys like Allen and Manuel always appear to be "aiming" their throws. It's not a natural motion they have learned. When players have not developed this by the time they reach the NFL, there is a good chance it will never happen.
Great points. I look at all the QBs. I like Rosen the most. But when you compare these guys, they are all different from one another. Outside of the interceptions, Darnold looks like the safe pick, Rosen is probably the most ready to start. Mayfield has the grit and mindset to be a good QB. Heart. He has that. But pure potential and natural abilities. Allan has that. Allan could play in this weather. And his footwork has really improved. Palmer is really helping this kid. He looked great at Senior Bowl and Combine. Footwork has so much to do with it. Mayfield a footwork is really good. But Allan is the fastest outside of Jackson. As tall as Rothlisberger, and has a cannon. Plus he looks coachable. Palmer has shown this. Stanford was not accurate and he is pretty dam good. I actually think Allan can learn from Both Peterman and McCarron. If you only have to give up a first and a third for him, I say you make that trade in a heartbeat.

Are Bills the right team of Coaching to do that though ?
seeing over the center is your basis ?
/SNot always. Lol. But I listed the others already. Mayfield is the next Doug Flutie

He won't. They won't be able to fix his accuracy issues.
I find it funny how everyone keeps on the accuracy issues. The kid had bad receivers. If you bother to look at the highlights, his receivers dropped a lot. The placement is what should be considered. A lot of those drops were right in position to be caught. He had 1 decent receiver out of 4. Plus he was down a starting center and RB. This guy can run, throw, anticipate and most importantly see over the center. Mayfield is Short and will have problems.

The guy is dead on correct. Marcel has made a lot of stupid choices in his career so far. He has talent but is so into himself. Narcisistic to be exact. Get your $#it together kid before you spout off like you do. Can't believe he makes as much as he does. Between him and Leodis McKelvin, they know about as much as a teenager. And McKelvin can't speak a lick of English.

I would think that if Tyrod was behind jacksonvilles line, than he would have amazing running numbers or he would be hurt. Tyrod is great at running that is for sure.
-
Have you seen the line Bortles plays behind? Could be one of the worst in the league. They have decent receivers, but he is under constant pressure and can hit the over the middle stuff.
-
Ok. I know we have not hired a new coach yet, but if things go the way of what the consensus believes as truth, than Anthony Lynn will probably be the coach. I Just have a funny feeling that Palmer may be Lynn's OC. He has done well with his job. He also has trained and instructed Blake Bortles. I hear that Bortles respects palmers coaching style and is a big fan. Who knows what will happen in Jacksonville, but that is a tough call in letting Bortles guide that sinking ship. I don't know how any QB could succeed behind that OL. I do think that Bortles has a lot of good qualities. I could see that this situation with Tyrod could get toxic quickly. Honestly, If a trade can happen, Maybe not Taylor for Bortles, but something could get completed. Draft picks or maybe even Jerry Hughes. I don't know what the offer could be, but I would be interested in the idea of Bortles playing here.
-
If Tyrod Taylor had some pass blocking help from his line, he would be much better. Yes, he is shorter and can not see over his center like most QBs but his footwork gets him into position rather quickly. I think he needs more tutoring, more experience and better line play and he will be something special. This is a player to build around
-
would that be Terrell Troup over Gronk? My hearing may be declining since I'm getting older waiting for a championshipEasy. TT.
-
Now that's a great way to start a day. Not so crazy about the trade myself, but that is just priceless.
-
The cap hit is crazy. Why the F would we pick up a RB with that much mileage for that much of a cap hit. Yes he is a top 5 RB but he's got like 5 years left at most
-
If he is cut, than I would go after him. If he isn't, than I would think that Locker may fit in. Who knows. They all sound bad
-
Hey, like I said. I think there are better options out there. Out of all the free agent QBs, I'd take Bradford but we need competition at QB, so that's why these two guys were brought up. Who knows what Roman has in mind, he may or may not like either guys but he has a working knowledge of them. Sometimes that's the difference. I agree that we should never have a guy on our roster named Blaine.
-
If we are all going on the assumption that we are bringing in FA QBs, Are we not going to wonder if we brought in guys that have worked with Roman before? Both Gabbert and Colt McCoy worked with Roman. I'm assuming one of these guys will be here. Which one would you rather have on the roster? I myself, think that there may be better options out there, but this is the Bills. They will get someone on the cheap and I'm pretty sure both of these guys will not break the Bank. Thoughts. Who has the potential. Can Gabbert be a huge bust? McCoy has the most game experience.
-
I think they take their time on this one. We will see the obvious coaches get scooped up by 49rs (Ryan) Falcons, (Bowles) Chicago.(Quin) Honestly, the best candidate is already in the building. I'm hoping we make him the coach. Schwartz should be the coach. move Pepper Johnson to DC and if Polin does come here, tm hoping he can convince Reich to be our OC. Make the lateral move and give him an assistant HC title. That would work for me.
But if they decide to hire Reich as the HC. I'd be ok with that too. He is a smart guy. And Someone who the team would back right away.
-
getting the guy and having him sit and develop is what I would have donecompleting what 45% ? He's got a long way to go, and his road games are horrible. So they are trying to break in rookie qb are you okay with 4-12 for a couple years? And not fire the coach?
-
Kid looked good for a rookie. sure wish we could have traded up in the second, instead of staying pat and pick up the Cyrus crap-Jo pick. Should-a-could-a.
-
Schwartz and Harbaugh hate each other. Jim Kelly and Harbaugh hate each other. He is not a Buffalo type coach. He is a pre-Madonna washed up mediocre old QB. That's it. He had Andrew luck in college. And Kapernick in the read option before people figured it out. This year he did not add anything
-
Ya know what? We are still searching for talent. However you want to slice it. Draft/Free Agency. We need more playmakers. I do think Britt has talent. If he had a year to prove what he is worth and we did not break the bank, than why wouldn't you sign him? And just like DaRick Rodgers, if it does not work, than you cut em loose. I'm betting he goes to Carolina, but he would fit well with our receivers pushing him to be better. They are young and on the verge of great things, maybe they are just the group that puts up some big numbers with a guy like Britt that demands double coverage on the other side
-
i agreeBritt certainly hasn't lived up to his collegiate promise. But given the state of our receiving corps, don't you think he's worth a flyer? Let him compete and see what happens.
-
This guy has so much potential, skill and yes baggage. I'd be ok with a 1 year deal. Little concerned about the injuries, but he is a phenomenal athlete. TO like ability. He and Goodwin on the outside.
-
I'd rather have Takeo Spikes now, than this putz. He said that Buffalo is a miserable place. Funny how, you sell out for the dollar.
Josh Allen will be the best QB in draft

Well, from the games and highlights, I saw, I seen his receivers drop the passes. So sorry I did not watch every game and go in to the history log to get you every stat. My option, take it or leave it.
