As a GB fan, even I'd be hesitant to start Rodgers
Not only is he coming off of a concussion, but we also lost Finley. Driver dropped 4 balls last week, and Jennings hasn't shown up yet this season. I hope that this is the game that lights a fire under their butts, and gets the season rolling, but it will probably be an ugly win.

Let's see some of this offensive genius this week. I was thinking about it, because I am a masochist, and if any QB on this roster is similar in style to those that Chan has had success with before...it's Fitz.
He is not scared to run. He is not scared to throw down field. He isn't even scared to throw a block. I think we'll be pleasantly surprised...well I don't think 90% of the Bills fans can be pleasant anymore, but they will at least be surprised.
When do you usually see a big play, or a team take a shot? 2nd and short...how many of those have we had? We have had absolutely no rhythm...and we really don't know what the plays were supposed to look like. If there was 6 plays called intended for Lee, and TE threw to him once... If I can, I ask you to flash back to that play. That was something we don't get the luxury of seeing, as Bills fans. That was a smart penalty. Woodson was toast, so he interfered, figuring the chances of us scoring were pretty well stacked against us. Give up 6, or gamble that Trent beats you? Easy money, except for the run game was showing signs on life and we got the TD. The one play we threw to Lee he smoked Woodson...why? Because there are a lot of CB's that have trouble covering Lee...the dude is one of the fastest wideouts in the game. Also in that discussion would be #11... Spiller is also among the faster players in the league. You can't teach speed, and it's hard as !@#$ to defend. Let's exploit that, please!!
Lee did smoke him, I wish I could go back and see the whole play from their perspectives to see if it was just a clean out speed or if he gave him some daz, but Lee did get the best of Woodsey. You do that against him, Lee can do it against 90% CB's in the game. TAKE THE THROW!

Edwards was tossed by a Packer into the sideline camera guy when he was already clearly out of bounds. No flag from the zebras and no response from the Bills. Not one Bill did a thing or even talkedto the ref. The OL is a bunch of sissies.

Yeah, and after knocking into the poor guy and probably breaking all his stuff, Trent didn't even look at the man. Collins, the guy who "tossed Edwards while he was clearly out of bounds" went over and helped the guy up. Class act Trent.

This. I'd love to see this trade happen because I'm a GB fan. I think it would benefit both teams, but unfortunately the Bills could get a better deal... Given their ROSTER. Hawk is well worth his weight in a trade, and with your depth at running back, it makes sense to trade for one of the other 52 positions you need to fill. The only negative is that Hawk is a dominant run stopper, and isn't "great" at covering the pass. He's decent, but not great.

Most posters on the nfl sites are kool-aid drinking trolls. I wouldn't waste your time arguing anything over there. Its nice to stick up for your team, but as people have said... Pack are making a run for the SB, and the Bills are in reconstruction. I don't think it will be long for the Bills to be good as long as the start drafting better, but tommorow's game, set, match unless there's divine intervention... angels in the outfield style

Cali Cheese Head is right, Your best weapon is our best defense. The games we lost last year weren't to teams with good run games, they were shootouts that took target of our young secondary. Even the Viking's AP didn't get 100 yard against us. I love the bills, and want spiller to be great, but I just dont see it happening until the Oline gets fixed.

Joking aside, the measure of a good offense is to be able to spread the ball around between all your weapons effectively. That is what produces the offensive yards, time of possession, and high numbers.

Rob Ryan, Defensive Coordinator of the Browns in 2009, said the same thing. I know I've never heard anything from the guy... if you live in a glass house you don't throw rocks right?... but i find it interesting that two people have said that.

The Bills could win 31-3 and the media will have the excuse of GB not having their starting RB.
No way. GB is a pass first team, and the media knows that. If you guys win, its all "Can GB still take the NFC North after playing like they did these first two games?"

If you book a Hotel in Green Bay you HAVE to book for a weekend, and its pretty pricey. If you check around Madison or Appletown you'll be much better off, but the downside is your not in "crawling" distance as stated above.

I beat all of you, I wanted Brohm to start DAY 1 he was on the Bills. From the moment i heard we lost him to you guys I thought... "Hell Yeah! can't wait to see him pull the team around!"

one can argue that there are better secondarys in the league. but none better that young.
Agreed on the Good and Young part. In a couple of years, even by the middle of this season your secondary will be noted.

Cowboys, Packers, Ravens, Jets, Steelers, and Colts all have better secondaries in my opinion. Buffalo is top half of the league, but I wouldn't say top 5. Running Backs on the other hand, You STACKED

I think Brohm will go. he got beat out by a 7th rounder in green bay. same scenario here. And i hope trent starts bc honestly, he gives us the best chance to win talent wise.
That 7th Rounder is Matt Flynn, and that kid has done an amazing job learning our offense. Flynn would no doubt be a starter on a couple NFL teams right now. I wouldn't discard Brohm because he's lost out to Flynn.

It amazes me on how you all respond to each others' posts. I think this is the only NFL forum I've visited where the Bills fans take more heat from other Bills fans than Rival Fans.
