It's one thing to say they'll win; it's another to go full-on crazy.
No we're not the same team. The one that scored 23 unanswered points while holding Tom Brady to 62 yards and a QBR of 45 in the second half. The Bills aren't the same team either I would imagine. I stand by my prediction.

Wide Receiver Brian Hartline -- I'm not asking to drop a lot of money here, and he will probably resign with the dolphins. However he would instantly be out #2 WR coming to the Bills. I consider Stevie not a true #1, but like... a 1B becuase he makes some truly incredible plays but it's hard to judge his full potential with the coaching he's been under and the QB situation and of course his "lack of effort"?
Hmm not sure where you came up with Hartline and Lack of Effort. Hes a High effort guy who does everything the coaches ever ask of him and he does it with a smile on his face. Never even caused the slightest of problems.
All great adds for low prices. I'd be happy with any and all of them. Love hartline for cheap.
Hartline is asking for roughly 6.5 Million a season so not exactly cheap. Pretty sure we will end up resigning him. Not at 6.5 Mil though I hope.

Inexcusable loss at home with a 17 point lead. Dungy couldn't get his team to the top of the mountain and Gruden came in and did with virtually the same players. If Arthur Blank is assured either Gruden or maybe Cowher will take the job I think Smith is gone. They were lucky to win last week and Dan Patrick reported that Smith was coaching for his job last week.
Dungy did get his team to the top of the mountain by winning Superbowl XLI. Also the team that Gruden won with was the team that Dungy Built. Also when Dungy retired he had almost a 70% winning Pct (68.8%) compared to Grudens 54%. I love Jon Gruden but I would take Dungy over him in a Heartbeat.
Hardly--he had 7 playoff one and done's with MAnning as QB. Another King of the Regular Season HC...
P Manning is more to blame for this than Coaching. GIve me Eli any day and all day if were talking winning a game that counts.

I'm not sure where the OP came up with the 7 Mil cap space for the Phins. All reports I have read have us entering 2013 with over 45 Million in cap space. Granted we have a few of our FA's we will look to resign but even if we sign all of them it should leave us with a ton of cap space still to spend on FA's.
Add to that 5 picks in the first 3 rounds (10 total) and it should be an exciting offseson for the Fish.

I can't believe this. Yelling to some one from your door step is "instigating" to the point where they would be OK kicking yor door in and busting your face?
I'm glad you don't write the law.
All I been saying is it would be an interesting case.
For example yes if someone was to just break into your house you do have a right to defend it. However doesn't mean you have the right to use lethal force. In this case though Misi was breaking in and its pretty clear his intentions were to do bodily harm. So it would be easier to present a case for justifiable homicide.
Where that would get very shaky is the fact that you were the one who provoked the initial conflict. Especially if in the process of instigating the altercation you were to threaten the person breaking in prior to actual break in.
Like I said its an interesting theory and a lot of factors can and most likely would come into play. Lets just say I wouldnt bet life in prison on this scenario.

Thats all good and well but in your scenario you instigated the incident. This would w/o a doubt go to a jury trial. Once there anything can happen.
Don't believe me? Rent an apartment in a questionable neighborhood and yell obscenities and the people on the streets and just start shooting them as they enter and try and claim self defense. I doubt you get off scott free.

You've got to be kidding me? He breaks your door down to fracture your face over words you said to him?
Nope not kidding there are loads of cases where people have shot unarmed people who have broken into their house and ended up doing some time. Add to that that the person in the house (you in this case) actually instigated the altercation and I wouldn't be nearly as confident as you that you would walk away scott free.

No one said you didn't have the right to defend your home but as others have pointed out if you want to run your mouth you better be able to defend it w/o a gun.
Also the scenario you propose is interesting and i'm not sure it would be as open and shut as you believe. On one hand he entered your house to assault you. on the other you enticed the incident and he is an unarmed man. That almost sounds premeditated. Would be an interesting case to follow.

Let me start off with I am not supporting Misi on this, but the first amendment does not give a person the right to say what ever they please.
