Nice article. My response to the Bills trending in the wrong "penalty direction". Players are being thrust into premature starting roles because of our lack of depth (Logan Thomas, Zay Jones, Greg Mabin), etc. Inferior player talent/experience leads to more penalties and costlier ones. I blame Beane more than the players or coaching for this one.

My prediction:
Rams and Goff go on to stink up the place. Sammy remains healthy and underutilized. Pats go on a tear and due to all of their WR injuries make a late season trade to acquire disgruntled Sammy from the Rams for a 5th round pick, because given Goff's struggles, he is worth no more to the Rams and they are not planning on resigning him. Brady and Sammy go on to light up the Bills and knock them out of the playoffs in Week 16, after Bills enter the game 9-5 with a legitimate chance of making the playoffs (W vs Bucs, L vs Raiders, W @ Jets, L vs Saints, W @ Chargers, L @ Chiefs, W vs Pats, W vs Colts, W vs Dolphins) .17 seasons and counting! Pats go on to win Super Bowl. Sammy signs extension. Pats offense fueled by ex-bills well into Brady's 40's. You couldn't dream up this stuff (except, I just did )

1-year contract would be great; counting on both Miller and Incognito to be both healthy and productive is not the smartest thing IMO

Biggest disappointment on the d-line?
Dollar for dollar Mario has underachieved the most, but for me Marcell has been the biggest disappointment on the defensive line. He has regressed so much since his rookie year, esp against the run. What say you?

Very interesting rankings: Patriots 3-3 ranked 7th. Bills 3-3 ranked 25th. Not that I disagree at all with the rankings but just shows how wacky this year has been.

Is this season any different...winless in the division, winning against the ****ty teams on another heroic run to 7-9
-
Well the Jets lost 34-0
-
I bet Tom Brady has a small penis
-
The game ball goes to? NE offensive line...the supposed weakest line on either side of the ball for both teams
-
haha we only have one timeout left
oddly Sir, you have hit the nail on the head!
Delusional disorder
-
again isnt lindell better at these?
-
Still loving Marcell and Kyle. Very disappointed with super Mario. 16 million a year for 1.5 sacks through the first quarter of the season. Sad.
If we cut how how much of that $$ comes back?
-
Do we even have anymore backups on the oline?
-
So lets see who we lost on offense today- 4 starters? Urbik, Glenn, Chandler, Jones...not bad for an afternoon

GARBAGE POINTS YES!!

Before the KC game, I had a decent amount of confidence we could take them down. Yet, I had the distinct thought that regardless of what happened in the game, everything would be okay because:
1- the Bills ARE relevant again! - it has been SOO many years since we could say this. Sustained success is the standard now. Think of how many prime time spots we got this and last year. Probably more than previous 10 years combined.
2- we have Josh Allen, in my mind (trying not to be biased here) top 5 lock and arguably #1 or 2 overall QB. THE hardest position to nail down in the NFL and most important player to long-term success
So yes, it was a terrible loss. And no, it shouldn't have happened (coaches). What if and what could have been if they won etc etc
But when next season rolls around and in the years to come, as long as #17 is healthy and under contract you best believe we will be In a good spot. Ill take sustained success any day over one game freakish blunder.
