  1. If he comes to the conclusion that he made a mistake in re-signing the GM, I don't think he will necessarily let the money stand in the way of firing him.

I am honestly not sure that Reiger is the problem...I do think there is talent on this team...certainly enough that they shouldn't be a solid playoff contender every year...jeesh...playing just slightly above .500 hockey will normally get a team in. Yet every year, it seems (except the Prez Cup year) the Sabres dig themselves a big hole, and then have to scratch and claw their way out of it...if they make it out, they are usually a drained team and get bounced right away from the playoffs...or, they just barely miss...

They just aren't producing on the ice...and there doesn't really seem to be the sense that there will be any repercussions for failure. I like Lindy Ruff, don't get me wrong, but, as the old cliche goes, you can't fire all the players, so you have to make a change somewhere. In the NHL, maybe more than any other sport, we have seen coaching changes work out positively for underachieving teams...

I agree with you out of all the coaches in the NHL today, Ruff has been on the same team the longest. Time for a change.

  2. My opinion on the matter

I found the answer and it is pretty much a legal scam. They call it multi-level marketing which basically means that you just have to recruit or convince people to buy starter packs from the company so they can in return sell it to more people. You earn your money through the network you build. Your network consists of the people you recruit plus the people they recruit. If you get enough people in your network then you can make a lot of money, but you would need thousands to do so. The problem is that this growth can't continue forever and 90% to 99% of the people who join lose money.

  3. I kinda feel like this thread is a scam to get me to Google "Vemma", if that helps?

lol, but i tried using google and I still can't figure out if it is legit or not. I'm not asking anyone to research this for me. I am just asking if anyone has heard anything about it or has been apart of it.

  4. this all seems bizarre and outlandish

But who knows... the part about a video is not necessarily bizarre, but how is Jim Kelly going to own an NFL team? He doesn't have the $$. Why would someone pony up all the $$ and let Kelly run the team? It doesn't make sense to me.

Jim Kelly would not make the football decisions of the team. That is for the GM of the team to do. Only stupid owners like Jerry Jones who think they are smarter than everyone else make stupid football decisions that set the team back. Bill Parcells almost created another Super Bowl team before Jerry screwed that up. I guess with my limited knowledge Jim Kelly would be responsible for getting a competent GM and coaching staff in Buffalo

  5. Who cares. The only motivation he has this season is money and that is not going to do the trick. Why in the world would he try 100% if he doesn't believe in how the defense is run. The problem is that we have no leaders. Marv levy was such a good head coach because he was able to make his players believe in the systems that the OC and DC installed.

Ability without character will lose. The Bills are going to be a team of high character. That stamp I will push very hard. I hope we can convey that to our fans and project something very special to the rest of the nation.
