Many exciting games mentioned here. One exciting game for me was breaking the other Miami streak, finally winning in the Orange Bowl in 1983 (Our only other victory in the Orange Bowl was in 1966). Ferguson throws for 419 and we win a thriller in OT in what was Marino's first career start.

+1 to Gordio. I live by the big blue water tower(near airport)and can make it home by 5:30 easy. Just park in lot 5 (or just outside lot 5) as Gordio says and take Union or Transit and you'll be fine. Don't take the 90 or route 5.

DVOA
Created by Aaron Schatz, the original Football Outsiders statistic is known as DVOA, which is an acronym for Defense-adjusted Value Over Average. The statistic measures the success of a given play compared to the league-average level of success for that play given the situation at the time (score, time remaining, down and distance to go, location on the field, caliber of opponent, and so on).

This was an excellent post. I found this easier to read, and made more sense than a lot of the opinionated articles on major sports site blogs.
For all the Bills' woes, at least we don't have the issue of having future holes opening up. Eveyone that should be is locked up.

I don't think you can say that for sure. Okay, maybe a lower pick than 4th, but I personally think you could get something for him. He is a serviceable 4-3 end.

I don't watch Ward that often, but I've never seen anything like you're describing. Not saying it doesn't happen, but I've not seen it.

I agree. We could totally use another under-appreciated star reciever on this team.

Are you bums seriously blaming this on the offensive line? Are you insane? He had ample time, he just hurried himself. Sorry, nothing was wrong with my TV, I didn't have too many blues, I just understand that sometimes you have to stop making excuses. At the end of that KC game, the Giants were all over the KC line, and Cassel got the ball away quick and downfield. They still lost big, but I think it's a sad fact that Matt Cassel is better at handling pressure than our own "franchise QB".
Play Fitz? No. That wouldn't be worth it either. This i going to be a tough year, but you guys making excuses for our sad passing game is only going to make it tougher.
