  1. I don’t think he’s done. This O-line is terrible and Daboll makes no effort to get Shady outside the tackles or call any plays where there are cut back lanes. If they aren’t willing to design a running game that plays to his strengths than they should move on and save 6.5 million cap hit

  2. Why does everyone think it's an either or proposition? Nothing is stopping the Biils from keeping TT AND drafting a QB. It seems like the most reasonable strategy. No pressure to start the rookie, if they think they have hit the jackpot, they can trade TT who has a reasonable contract for a mid level starter

  3. My buddy took this pic and texted it to me. I know it's a day off for the Bills, but you if the Bills look disorganized and Ill prepared on MNF, you know who to blame.

It's not letting me upload the pic from my iPhone. If someone tells me what to do I'll post the pic of Rex in the bleachers at Progressive

  4. It sounds like he doesn't like playing for Rex or maybe it's Thurman. Why would he restructure and stay unless maybe Pettine is fired and decides to reunite with Rex. Rex hasn't has a good D since Pettine left his staff so maybe it would make sense. I doubt it happens but one can hope. This is the least hopefull I've been in the future of this franchise since the Dick Jauron days. We are literally going to blow up our D because the coaches only know how to do it their way. So stupid. The good coaches fit the scheme to the players.

Hope we can restructure him. If he becomes a FA, a lot of teams may not be willing to pay him the big bucks because of age, injury, and decreased production concerns. So perhaps he'll agree to stay put and free up some money under the cap.

  5. While I do think neither of them is very good at public speaking I do think in both cases they are very intelligent and know what they are doing. Speaking just isn't there thing. Personally would rather have that than the opposite guy who speaks great and knows nothing i.e. a snake oil salesman.

    You mean like Rex?

  6. i would like for them to keep Cassel. 3 unproven youngsters makes me nervous. i have high hopes but they weren't up against the complex schemes in the preseason that they will see in the regular season. would be nice to have that safety blanket just in case, just like last year with Orton

Orton was part of the problem last year. Benching EJ probably retarded his development and I don't think the won any more games because of it. Cassel is a marginal back up at best and would not help this team win. I'm sure of it.
  7. I still have this feeling that the bills look at EJ Manuel as their developmental player and that is why they are keeping 3.......

Cassell is a vet and Tyrod has more years in the NFL......so they are going with those two this year.........but I really think that if EJ can continue his progression (and say what you want....EJ HAS gotten better) that he might be in serious consideration next year.

This is my feeling as well. It would be absolutely asinine to bail on EJ now, which I'd what all those reporters keep saying is possible

  8. Big whoop. All the guy is doing is being a middle man, much like a realtor.

His company lines up funding commitments from other lenders and packages/sells the originated loans to those firms and/or institutional investors. Of the $8 billion in originations, virtually none of it is money put up by his own firm--nor is the total return he makes much more than a typical NFL QB's salary...

so you're saying he's making money for doing next to nothing. That's a pretty good deal if you ask me
