I do not know the AFC's record vs. the NFC this year but I do read the posts on TBD and so know enough to not let ignorance stand in my way; The AFC looks bad this year. We could end up in the playoffs.

Do you really think that the owners are sitting in their mens or country clubs thinking about ways to keep the brother down? They interview people that are qualified. PERIOD.
Obviously there are people of color who aren't qualified but they get an interview now based on a system that doesn't give a fair shake to the people that actually deserve it. Affirmative action is and always has been a way to actually keep the race issue at the forefront. There is no need for it except to satisfy the moronic thinking of the libs.
No, they are not plotting to keep them down nor are they planning ways to better integrate the ranks of HC's. How does the system not give a fair shake to those who deserve it? By forcing owners to look at people they would under different circumstances not consider...and this is not a Rep/ Dem, Liberal/ CON issue. Go pick another forum for political conversation.

Some here have said that he makes 4 million per year. I do not know this to be true but no GM in his right mind would spend this kind of money on a tiny little gadget player, let alone give up a draft pick to do so.
According to Bills Daily Front Office Salary Cap page Roscoe makes 2.45 million with a .55 million bonus this year for a total of 3 million.

I'm not disagreeing with Kelly and Manning on this one, but wasn't the biggest criticism of Fairchild's offense is that it was too simple and too predictable, and he was run out of town
and the time it takes Manning to call changes at the line, and the all the shifts they do, I would say Indy's offense is pretty complicated

Lawson just had a baby (6 weeks ago) so I do not find it odd. He is probably okay with the coaching staff too.
